Made to order is what is ordered not left over mistakes when you go to bite into your taco and all of a sudden the entire bottom of the hard shell taco falls to the floor. That isn’t a fresh taco it’s an old taco being sold.

Been a long time customer and about the last couple of times I have been there I would have got served my food faster if I went to an actual Mexican restaurant and sat down to eat. Twice now after they gave me the total they told me that it was more when I got to the window. We’ll never be back to this location again. Very disappointed

Service is awful. Slow, slow slow. Ordered online took 30 minutes to get whatever they wanted to give us. The pictures are of the same sandwich. Or at least we ordered two steak grilled cheese.

This will be my first bad review.
I was one of only three cars in the drive thru at around 11 pm and it seemed like there was no one working at first. No one was responding to the speaker and when someone finally responded, there was constant chit chatter with another employee while the car in front of me ordered.
They got my order right. Although the crunchwrap had hardly any beef in it. lol
To top it off… We found a GLOVE WRAPPED IN OUR FOOD. (See Pic)

Difficult communication during the ordering process. Rushing my order and not listening well caused multiple repeating myself. Ordered 2 meals. Service was also slow, at least 5 workers inside, no inside customers. Took close to 10 mins with only one person waiting for their food when I arrived during lunch time 12:30 on a Saturday. Had a line of 6 cars behind me by the time I received my order. Food was correct and average.
