The foods always prepared great here but the drive thru line/wait is ridiculous- we wait for over 15 + min everytime!!!!! Hence stopped coming ……they need more people or better process to speed up “fast food drive thru”

Natalie was a gem.
She’s the local DM and it was really nice to have an adult convo with a younger person.
This interaction could have gone really bad, really fast. When I approached the counter, I was asked right away if I was using the app to order.This is what’s becoming routine at all of the drive throughs and fast food restaurants.
I’m a geek.I was programming computers before most people reading this were a thought in their parents’ head.. The first thing that I asked her was the kiosk accessible. It was NOT and #TacoBell, you need to do something about this, pronto.
I looked it over.There’s some sort of speaker or plate that’s supposed to be attached to the kiosk.There is an audio speaker button.But that’s not going to help somebody that’s blind.I taught blind children my entire life and my daughter died a quadriplegic. That kiosk is not accessible for somebody in a wheelchair or who has blindness or a visual impairment. #TacoBell you need to fix this asap!

Never been to this one. I went in and no one around..not even a customer but had to say hello 2 times before Somone came to counter but of course they seemed shorthanded. The gal was nice and said sorry just with drive thru. The place was kinda dirty including restroom.

Decent food… and the drive through kiosk… Isn’t that dumb AI thing that all the others seem to have.. I can’t stand that thing… It messes up my order EVERY time. I won’t go to the Bells that have the AI thing. Mmmm.. Taco Bell sounds really good right now

There is no way I received 2 dollars back after a 64 dollar order when I handed them 70 dollars and then to have to wait at the counter for over 20 minutes is ridiculous I do believe it’s called fast food for a reason
