Alabama’s 1st Fat Tuesday location and we couldn’t be more excited! The choice of flavors are always top notch. These are great to grab and walk around Bridge Street while you shop! Definitely go for the insulated sports cup that is refillable. Might as well add an extra shot while you’re at it! Just be aware of the days/times you can walk around with these drinks: Thursday-Sundays but of course you can always enjoy them in the store. We will definitely be back soon!

Went in today and the lady working the cash register was the BESTTT!!! 20/10 service! Someone brought their kid in and was a little rude to her, but she remained calm, cool, collected, and professional. GIVE HER A PROMOTION!!!!!!!

Beware and check your receipts when going. We asked for a simple cheap tequila and girl gave us Patron. She also too it upon herself to tip herself 8 dollars. We ended up with a 49 dollar bill for 2 regular size drinks. It’s safe to say we will never be back.

We waited in line for 20 minutes, and got our drinks they weren’t real strong they did add an extra shot but you only get the shot at the end of the drink.

I gave it a 4 out of 5 because the prices are a little steep for it not being a tourist spot.

Went on a Sunday at 6:30pm expecting to get a togo drink per usual. And their doors were locked!! No one in sight, no one answering the phones. But says OPEN online!

Coolest funky little underground place with 80s tiki bar vibe. Adorable server Brittany took great care of us! The poke nachos were our favorite. Pleasant surprise to find a spot like this in Alabama.

The atmosphere wasn’t inviting at all. I visited there on Sunday and was telling my cousin how amazing “Fat Tuesdays are and she should try it. The place looked closed there wasn’t anything to let you know it was open looking from a distance. I called as I was walking to see were they open. The young lady didn’t appear to be welcoming at all, no greeting, no smile. I asked did they serve a virgin drink for my cousin and she looked at me , as if I was speaking a different language. I had questions about the prices but her demeanor halted them. I hope management use this as a coaching tool. It was only two customers in there and she was acting as if she wanted us to leave.

After reading reviews raving about this place, I was really disappointed after trying this new thing to Huntsville. The concept is really great, and the product taste is so up to par, but the customer service is just a joke. Not only did she not explain a single thing, the store was empty and silent, but the rudness of asking for someone’s ID is simply unacceptable. Then 30$ for ONE drink? I’m fine with the price, but if you are going to have such a high price point and such a cool concept somewhere like Bridgestreet, I feel your employees should be more welcoming and willing to explain the product. I’ve never felt like such an inconvenience as she made one drink, which took a total of 20 seconds, and she continued to be on the phone and just scoffing the entire transaction. I will not be back, I’d rather go to a dirty dive bar and have a more welcoming BARtender make my drinks with a kinder attitude and attention to the clients..
Highly disappointing.
