Heat was blowing on high on a 70 degree night. One employee said “ if we turn it to 100 maybe people will stop coming in” Order was wrong, gave them a chance to corrected it and it was wrong a second time. Ask for no sour cream but everything had extra sour cream on it. My kids only ate half there food, they disliked it that much. I usually have them eat what they take but definitely made an exception on this night.

As usual a 20-40 minute drive through wait. Often they have been out of essential itmes (like meat). This time items were in stock but service was still slllloooow. Staff standing around chatting nonchalantly, no hurry or sense of urgency. They wordlessly threw a few “sorry about your wait” coupons in the party pack box, but it’s not worth my time to go back. I could go to the store and make tacos/burritos in less time & they’d taste better too. Visit this place only if your schedule is wide open and everyone is at a not-too-hungry level so they won’t get hangry in the drive through. Don’t forget to check your order for accuracy.

Ordered the Nacho Belle Grande meal online for my wife, and she only asked for no tomato, and what we got was this cold disaster of a mess, with no cheese. Luckily we still had some shredded cheese in the fridge, but her soft taco was also hard and cold. You would think that waiting ten minutes for your ONLINE order, with only three cars in the drive-thru, you would expect it to be at the very least hot and fresh. Avoid this place until they get their act together.

The food was really good, and the service was great. The team was very polite, and were generally very happy seeming people. The store lobby could have used some cleaning. We sat in the lobby for a good 15 minutes, where they had not a lot of business, but no one came out and cleaned. But other than that, the store was great.

Not able or willing to take a payment which is spilt…card and cash…then not able to cancel to reorder in 2 orders…so canceled order and went to Mcdonalds….Every other fast food place is able to do this action…..They will just lose business….The young man looked confused and ask his manager…..Manager confused or unwilling to assist..Perhaps it is their policy…..Bad for business.
