This is one of the new style Taco Bells which have kiosk ordering only. The employees were still nice though. Fast and accurate order! I ordered in the app for the deals but ate in the restaurant, the interior was a little grim in decor, but very clean.

Are usually have a negative impression of my experiences with Taco Bell. This particular establishment is a vast improvement over the other locations in and around the greater Lafayette area. I was able to get in and out very quickly and everything I ordered and paid for was in the bag. That does seem like the bare minimum, but most Taco Bell’s cannot accomplish this. Their staff was helpful and friendly. Their food was hot and fresh and inexpensive. There’s not much more I could ask for here.

They do not follow company policy. They will overcharge you to make a vegetarian swap. If you use the kiosk or order online you will not be all over charged only when an employee helps you.. Rip off.

I wish i could give no stars. Maybe I’m old fashioned, but i do believe that when you walk into a restaurant there should be someone behind that counter that greets you or is there to take your order. This facility is all touch screens and no humans up front. Ok, fine I’ll try to figure out how to use the screens. I only had cash on me and they didn’t have any change in the drawer so i got all quarters and dimes. Fine, i guess. I realize that while learning to use the screens i forgot to order drinks and i asked the lady that came up to give me change about it and she pretty much ignored me. Like i guess that’s my own problem for being an elder millennial and not knowing how to use the screens right. My mothers order wasn’t quite right and she has special dietary needs so she went to get the problem fixed and the person who was making the orders was yelling at her telling her that she was wrong and that he could pull the order up right now and show her how it was ordered. Which was never even the issue. Maybe if there would have been a human being at the counter in the first place we could have had a better comprehension of the order before ordering it. In any case, he was extremely rude and not helpful in any way. We will never go back. If you stop in, only go drive thru. At least you’ll have a human being and not just a screen.

Got there and it was empty, nobody at the front but right away I got greeted and ordered assistance. The place looks clean. Can use a little updating but works. The washroom is next door at the gas station. Good easy stop.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Garbage service took the lady at the drive through 40 seconds to enter 2 chicken quesadillas and they couldn’t even make those right. Never spend your money here. Also they took down the phone line so you can’t call and complain. Restaurant hasn’t been up for more than 2 months.

Love this Taco Bell. Joanna does an outstanding job of taking care of her employees and her customers. The place is always clean and the food is abundantly wonderful! Nicely done crew!
