Normally when the staff is high as a kite they’ll take their time making a sandwich but good grief I was served the worst sandwiches here. First they laid the meat flat, like sheets of paper stacked one on top of the other. Second they grabbed handfuls of veggies and just threw them on. Third after adding wayyyy too much mayo they didn’t use a knife to push everything back onto the sandwich while folding it, therefore all the veggies and condiments ended up on one part of the sandwich, more like a hotdog, with toppings only on the top. This was my worst fast food experience in a very long time. I stood in the shop, opened both sandwiches, and attempted to fix them before leaving, unfortunately all the condiments had fallen off with half the veggies.

They really made this store feel contemporary with their new remodeling, I visited here for their 7/12 nationwide promo.(T.Y Subway) I do like their new menu!!! The sandwich makers are pretty fast at this store when somebody pays by card and the card keeps getting declined it backs the whole system/ line up. It’s hard to get around that obstacle, without that happening you can get in and out of here pretty quick these days Especially when you order Online through their app. they’re always Sending Special offers that are only good ordering online. The only thing is the Subway app Can use a lot of attention and help? It’s not very Good!!!! It needs some help. It doesn’t let you log in through the app,, you have to log. In through The offer they sent you on your(E-Mail) phone. I’ve found that works most of the time. Where it says get offer now!!!!

I ordered online probably about 7:20 PM on November 4, 2025 and the girl there wasn’t done with the order which was fine and I said well last time it didn’t have the mayonnaise on it can you please put some she told me it wasn’t done so I waited and waited and waited and she laid my sandwiches down not telling me they were done very, very rude girl never spoke to me, except to say they’re not done. Never did she greet me never did she say have a good day. She was very ugly and I will never go back to this location again.

Staff was super friendly, they were very patient with me when I for some reason panic froze over the menu. Good quality for a subway. The physical menu is getting somewhat complicated if you don’t want one of their featured subs, but it is what it is. Parking was good and well laid out, also store was neat and organized and as I mentioned earlier, the staff was great! Will be back

The food is as expected… it’s subway
Not a clean place, staff is disorganized and it shows in… everything. Toppings are mixed with each other, trays are dirty, floor is dirty, staff is dirty
Overheard whoever the “Senior” person in charge was of the evening shift inform their fellow coworker that they in fact, should not be paying for subs (not the lunch employee sub, but extra subs to take home) in front of 2 customers
Personally I don’t give much of a #2, but I was able to type out this review in the length of time it took the order to be made. Disorganized, last time I’m coming here

Newest location but one of the worst service we’ve encountered at a Subway. The employees were having inappropriate personal conversations in front of the customers and working at an unbelievably slow pace. The sun was still out when we arrived and by the time we got our food it was dark out. Literally 30 minutes. Gracie was especially slow and nonchalant in the way she served the long line that formed behind us.
Absolutely ridiculous. They could have at least apologized or offer a free small cup for the drinks fountain. The couple in front of us literally gave up half way through their order and walked out and the 2 ladies looked at each other baffled by them being upset.
Unacceptable and never plan on visiting this location again.

This is the slowest subway I’ve ever been to in my life. Employees also could be friendlier. I smiled at one of the staff members after waiting 10 minutes for them to finish working on their sandwich and they didn’t even smile back. Mobile order if you want to avoid a major wait.

What in the cheesy bread is going on here, order steak sub,, white bread was hard or stale, took it back inside to get different bread the staff did that no problem so put the contents of the sub onto the other cheesy bread only had enough meat to filll half of my foot long sub,… This was a sub par experience…sure next time will be better

Food was great as always. This could have been a five star review if the guy/girl running the register had understand even the most remote inkling of what it means to hurry. The poor girl heading up the line, well, she was excellent. She knew how to move faster when the orders started backing up. To see her do her job was actually amazing as it was like watching a maestro directing a symphony. I’ll definitely be back but I hope for a change in staffing or at least a raise for the young lady hustling.

The employees here all deserve a raise. They are so attentive to our allergies. They change gloves and knives to ensure the food isn’t exposed to allergens. This is literally the difference between going to the ER or not for a family member who dines here regularly. Thank you!
