I’ve never been through any drive through in the whole area that is so consistently beyond slow. I’ve been sitting in the drive through for 25 minutes and there are still 5 cars ahead of me when there were 8 cars ahead of me when I got here 25 minutes ago. It’s honestly pathetic. This is the second time in the past few months I’ve had to cancel a mobile order while in the drive through because of how slow they are. I won’t be returning.

This place sucks to no end. Always too slow and most employees weren’t responsive at all. If this was a competition to be the slowest running fast food place around, they’ve won for life. Congratulations. There was one chill employee there, but other than that. It sucks. This place needs to be shut down or completely overhauled!! I never leave reviews, but this place was so bad, I had to.

This Taco Bell is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my life. I think I have been here 3 different times in the last year and every single time it takes over an hour to get food. For a fast food restaurant this is completely unacceptable. I will be going to a different fast food restaurant since this is the only Taco Bell in the area.

Somehow every time I come here they manage to get my order wrong. More specifically when I DoorDash. Something is always forgotten. I have had better experiences w correct orders when I go through the drive thru, but then I have to wait in the line for an hour. If you have your heart set on Taco Bell, just go to one in Lafayette because this one is not it.

I understand folks have had tough wait times here, but I’ve been coming to this location for a little under a year now and I just wanted to balance out the negative reviews. I always get the highest quality (literally picture perfect) food, the dining area is spotless, the staff welcome me and make conversation, as well as ensure my food is on its way. I always order inside, and the staff always get me my drink cup right away and make conversation (Which is above and beyond fast-food service in my book). I’ve been to many taco bell locations in my life, and this one is easily in the top 2.

I’m sorry Taco Bell but I can’t put a good review here. Not related to employees service or wait times either.
Simply the food itself is extremely unhealthy and makes me get sick everytime I eat it. Would feel more comfortable eating here if the colors or atmosphere was different too…purple is a little off putting when I’m eating…
Would not recommend until business gets a facelift and menu change. Maybe more open about food sourcing or where their food is coming from/how it’s made…

Ordered at drive thru. Waited 20 minutes before moving the first time. 15 minutes before moving the second time. Decided to leave the line and go to McDonald’s across the street. Ordered there and got my food before I would have even got to the window at the Taco Bell. A long wait is fine. Just let me know at the intercom so I can decide if I want to wait or not

Jan 12th I waited in the lobby for 45 mins on a luxe box and kept being told it was soon. But then another 10-15 mins would go by. I couldn’t get the employees attention because he had headphones in and was glued to his phone. Managers name is Chris that was working.
I guess from here on I’ll be recording each time I come in. It seems like every time there’s phones out, no orders made, and employees eating on the line between orders. It’s always something. I want to give Grace because the morning crew is awesome. Never have issues with them. But it’s a known thing in this town that the Taco Bell in West Lafayette is very poorly ran at night

Slowest Taco Bell I have EVER been to. There were 4 employees in the back and not one had even a remote sense of urgency. Drive through and inside were full of people waiting forever- I’ve been here 45min and still not gotten my food. DO NOT COME HERE
