This location typically has a long wait time. They will look at you standing at the counter waiting for service and still ignore you. They consistently get your order wrong or leave out parts. The food you receive is often cold.

If you want the complete opposite of what you order come here. Ask for no lettuce and tomato, boom wrong they going to add both. Can they not read a screen? Like it was placed right just made wrong. I called about missing food items and wasn’t given a receipt I told the woman on the phone my order I had to repeat myself because she was asking me why I was missing soft tacos if I got a #8 so I repeated my order she then yelled “you can drive back and get your soft taco byyyyye!” And hung up on me before I could ever say I couldn’t come back today I tried to call back five times and she wouldn’t answer the phone that is unacceptable to treat people that way

It was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant in my life. It was a 20-minute wait. The food wasn’t fresh and barely even was what it was supposed to be. Had to go back because they put toppings I did not want on the food items. The burrito wasn’t even wrapped. It was just folded over into a flat taco. I asked for taco sauce and did not receive any. The nacho fries were old and stale. Managers need to get their employees trained probably and provide quality assurance
