I had a printed gift card that didn’t work the first time or two when tried. The sandwich professional was very helpful and walked around the counter to scan the card in herself. I have been to places that would have just tried to say that the card was invalid….. kudos for helping me and making me feel valued!

Absolutely the worst subway in town. The girls working are not friendly and the bread is always hard. Want a great experience go to the Hamilton store.

Do these employees wash their hands? This place is gross I should just walked right back out the door when I saw all those face piercing. That was the least of our show, the girl with the slippers and the see through pants were even better, nice blue and white striped underwear. Now to the food, pretty sure the toaster isn’t working but I didn’t die. So there’s a positive all and all don’t do it!!!!

The food was good however… the older looking lady who was a bit big, that employee spoke so much, complained about the pay of her job, did NOT wash her hands or switch gloves. I personally feel like restaurants should make their employees come too work looking presentable and not like they just woke up. It makes it very unappealing to eat there. Not too mention how dirty it was, trash overflowing and her mother in the lobby?

The lady was very nice but I had lettuce on mine that had dark spots on it and I did take a picture of it. My husband said his stomach was upset after he ate his. I threw mine away after I saw the lettuce. I’ll never go to this place again.

I ordered on the app for pickup. I ordered a “melt”, which showed a different kind of bread in the picture, not the typical Subway bread that you’re used to seeing (see my picture). When I ordered, it didn’t give me an option to select toppings like lettuce, and some others. I thought this was odd, but chalked it up to being a different kind of sandwich. Basically, when I got home with it, I opened the bag and the sandwich was super flat. Nothing like in the picture…the bread wasn’t even the same. It was just regular sandwich bread. You can see the comparison in my pictures of what a normal turkey sandwich and a turkey melt look like. I wish I could have at least had the option on the app to add any toppings I wanted. The sandwich was good, just not what I ordered. The “melt” was even $1 more for some reason. ‍♀️ I did not call them or anything, because I wasn’t able to go back to the store, even if they offered to do something about it.

I did like that they have a shelf by the counter for pickup, where you can basically just grab your mobile order when you arrive. It was placed behind where the ordering line is, though, so I had to ask at the counter if I needed to wait in the line to pickup a mobile order (I couldn’t see the shelf when entering the store). A little better signage, or a message on the app would be nice with instruction. Also, having to walk through a line of people doesn’t really allow for their 6 ft. social distancing that their signs ask for.

Very very bad.
I, my wife and a friend went there for lunch on a late Saturday afternoon.
3 employees working.
The one making our sandwiches never changed his gloves after making multiple sandwiches.
The one sandwich I had was terrible.
The ranch they put on was way to much. So much it made the bread extremely soggy.
We stayed and ate.
I did complain about my sandwich but they said I had to call a manager.
We stayed and ate. They never washed there hands on small breaks and after they went to back which I could see they were on their phones then came back to help a customer but never washed hands after touching phone, face, ext.
Very very upset.
Will be calling corporate to see if they can retrain employees…
