It’s been a very long time since I’ve eaten at this Taco Bell… I’m so glad I went in, today. There’s a new manager (@7 months by her own admission), and it certainly shows! The restaurant is cleaner than it used to be, and the staff much friendlier! The young girl at the counter was awesome! Got the $7 Luxe box… so much food for the money! I’ll definitely be back!

Ordered food at 5:13, 5:45 and food is still not ready and the employees are just standing around on their phones. 6:10 and never ended up getting my food. Go to the Taco Bell on the other side of town instead, this one is not worth it.

Yet again, another disappointing experience!!!! I should have learned after the last few times. But I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt!! I keep saying to myself maybe it will be good this time! This was another trip to taco bell with my family that ended up in extremely long wait times ( 45 min and that’s ordering online and waiting in the store for 45 min after they said it was ready online). And it did not stop there. After receiving our food we realized all 5 of our Luxe boxes were wrong! Not to mention my wife is vegetarian and there was meat in her chulupa ( good thing i checked before she took a bite) and none of our items had sour cream or extra cheese. Which is disappointing because we paid extra for it!
All around , another bad experience which is sad for a few reasons. One , I didn’t get what we paid for! And that’s not right!!! And 2 i think I’m starting to feel sick from the food i ate 30 min ago!!! Completely horrible!! I’m hoping that some management contacts me!

Ordered for delivery after 2 drivers the second one called and said taco bell said they didn’t have order called taco bell and was told it was given to someone and than hung up on. That place just need to close up or only open late so LPD can get drunk drivers off the road.

I ordered the Doritos locos taco SURPREME. No lettuce, replace beef with potatoes as im vegetarian. The dude in the drive thru sighed when I asked for my special accommodations. Then they still out lettuce on it. No sour cream despite I asked for SURPREME. The sour cream in the picture is from my sour cream at home;( this is what I got. Then I ate the remake (still no sour cream.) it was disgusting. Ima spend my money at another location

I placed an online order to be picked up in the drive through. When I arrived there were four cars in line. Despite that small number, we waited in line for at least 35 minutes. Even once we got to the window it was seven minutes before the worker acknowledged us. I shouldn’t have been surprised when we got home and the food was cold, stale, and nearly inedible. Definitely removing this taco bell from the places I’m willing to order from.

service is always terrible when we go. it doesn’t matter what time we go, we are always in the drive through for 45+ minutes. went last night and we pulled up at 9:35 and finally got our food at 10:30. even after the wait, they put the wrong items in the bag and forgot things. you will get better service and faster drive through times literally any other location. do better tacobell.

This was the worse service. Lack of employees. 35 minutes to get my food. Also Mexican pizze was bad. And I had throw it away after one bite the meat was bad. Also my cantina chicken was also bad. The nacho belle grande was soggy as hell. And my food was thrown in the bag. I hope I and daughter don’t get food poisoning.

This store was getting slow at serving, but even with a skeleton crew, they got me in and out of the drive thru in under 10 minutes with approximately 5 cars before me. I even got a compliment on my beard.
The tacos were more full than they had been in prior visits. I can’t be upset about the price in our current economy, and they totally outfit me with fire sauces. Throw your window guy a fiver in cash next time. He works for a living too!
