Once again, I’m getting something to eat that I trust to be good in flavor and quality… that is food and service. I lived in this Fairlakes area for 10+ years and have been many times to this location… the only time that I had an issue with my order I contacted them to let them know and they wanted to offer me a free meal and all… my gesture was more like a token of appreciation for never being disappointed at them. Friendly staff, super clean place, and quick service.

I have been a fan for several years and eat as this location twice a week on average. The curbside takeaway and drive through experiences have worked flawlessly, and eating inside the clean facility has worked well on weekday evenings. Orders come to me on time, warm, correct (almost always), and with smiles and some of the friendliest service.

Anyone who gives this place less than five stars has not been to enough Chick-fil-As. This is hands down the best one our family has been to in the whole country. We drive out of our way to come to the location and we eat here once or twice a week. (Don’t judge! ) I love that they still offer curbside. It is a lifesaver with a car full of kids. The food is always out in 4 minutes or less and it is always hot and fresh.

Super quick Chick-fil-A location. I typically use the Curbside spots and the food is always out within 5 minutes. Use the app – they have pretty good rewards/points that you can redeem for free food. As you build up points your status moves up a level and you then get more points per dollar.

Ordered twice today at different times for pick up and all orders were incorrect. Not even the right items. Ordered Nuggets, got strips, ordered avocado lime ranch dressing and that didn’t even get that at all. Ordered a large frie, got a sall. Ordered my drink with no ice, got extra ice. Ordered cheese on my chick fil a deluxe and got no cheese. Ordered a 12 ct grilled nugget and got an 8 count. Not sure if they have a bunch of Newbies working today, or if someone is just stressed out and having trouble keeping up or what…. But was kinda disappointing to not have the food we ordered….
