We are from out of town but do business in Brazil once or twice a year. We have eaten here the last couple times through. Hands down the best taco bell we have eaten in many years. Props to the manager of this facility. Keep up the good work. Food is always hot, Gresham and well put together.

I ordered a crunch wrap supreme ; couldn’t understand person over speaker .Drove to window order wasn’t ready. Finally got it, took home . It was 90% lettace, no crunch in it , double soft burrito outer layer, meat so thin could not find it, no cheese, no dour cream NEVER going back

The whole entire inside of the store was filthy the soda fountain was so sticky my glass stuck to it my shirt stuck to it The floors were filthy they didn’t want to go into the bathrooms the trash area where you do throw your trash away was horribut the only good thing is that the people were polite This is for the Taco Bell in Brazil Indiana located in front of the Walmart

Order ahead in the app for pickup at 5:47pm walked out of the doors at 5:59pm. Had to inquire about missing items in my order, no mild sauce at all in the store and a general feeling of being an inconvenience for ordering food from this location. Disappointing.

the food was beyond bad! missing items, burned chicken, nacho fries were still raw/undercooked. Nothing on our order tasted good! WE THREW MOST OF OUR FOOD IN THE TRASH!

There’s always something wrong when I go anymore. The last few times I went I order online and either “someone took the item” even though I make sure to get to the store early to get it right as it’s put out. Or even if it states “ready for pickup” on the app I’m waiting at least 10-20 minutes before they even bring it out. Or they forget items in my order completely. There’s also no good customer service there anymore half the staff make it seem like a chore if they have to come up to the counter to help with an issue. Get it together.
