Is it really that hard to make a taco with no lettuce because every time I come to this taco bell they get my order wrong. They made my taco with a lot of lettuce with barley any cheese. I didn’t ask for a salad. Don’t come to this taco bell in the afternoon they will always get it wrong.

Came to drive thru at west Lloyd store with two small mobile orders, never been a problem before. The lady in drive thru told me this time I could only get one order and had to wait in the drive thru again just to get my second order, all while being totally rude about it. Now my first order is cold before I even leave the drive thru after driving laps and feeling silly. I asked if my passenger could come in for his order while I waited for mine, but she told me the lobby was closed. Several people that did not look like Taco Bell employees were in the lobby at this time. Terrible service, rude employees and will not be going to this Taco Bell again.

Might be the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Take the time to drive to a different one. Believe the other reviews. Nachos either had no cheese, or crumbs for chips. Burrito and tacos had barely any ingredients. $25 for a horrendous serving of crap.

Almost every time I come here, the service is terrible. Like, I understand you work at a Taco Bell and it’s not the most exciting work, but the least you can do is pay attention to your freaking customers. I put in my order at the kiosk and waited almost 10 minutes for them to take my money… And while I was waiting for that, this poor Door Dash driver was waiting for her order. It was literally sitting there in front of us but nobody was handing it to her, I had to speak up a make someone give it to her. After all that, I had to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes for my food. I was so bored of waiting that I started pushing chairs into their designated spots. The food was fine, I mean it’s Taco Bell. If you are looking for better customer service, I would recommend the Taco Bell on St. Joe. (Also they should bring the KFC back. There is literally no KFC on the West side of Evansville anymore and I want my chicken littles )

They didn’t put anything in my tacos? Not sure how you mess that up. No toppings and barely any meat. Ordered 6 tacos and got enough meat combined to maybe fill one. Lady working the window was sweet, sucks the kitchen workers can’t do their part.

Service was absolutely terrible, rude workers, slow drive-through. I’m not normally a Karen but come on Taco Bell. Get it together. Made us pull around drive through 3 times for moble order… this is my first review ever.. and that says something.

Drive thru order. Service is always great even though it may take about 20 minutes or so to get your food depending on time of day/night.
