My family and I had a great experience at Burgar! The atmosphere was really enjoyable and made for a comfortable dining experience. The service was very good—friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Our food came out fairly quickly, and the presentation was spot on. Most importantly, everything tasted amazing—the flavors were rich and well-balanced. I would definitely recommend Bugar to anyone looking for a great meal in a great setting!

First and last time having a meal in this establishment. Literally in the top three of worst meals/restaurant experiences of my life. Service was non-existent. The food was cold. Fries were cold and raw on the inside. We were in a hurry as we had an event to go to which is why a burger place was chosen, as we thought quick in and out. Not so. We were there forever. The wait staff were terrible. Took forever to get our order. Never checked on us after “food” was delivered. Never offered to refill our empty drinks. But they had plenty of time to chat and stand around. Maybe it was just an off night for this place, but we definitely won’t be back.

This place is amazing! From walking in the door, the service is welcoming and helpful. It was our first time here and the young lady at the door told us all we needed to know. We ordered the American burger with fries. It took a little longer than a traditional hamburger place, but it was worth it. The burger was a kind of smash burger on a brioche bun. It was juicy and delicious with a myriad of topping choices. The French fries are fresh from potatoes. No frozen fries here. We may have to make a special trip back to Spartanburg just to try a different burger. YUM

Everything was fantastic. What’s her name? Kaylie, I think was a great server, very friendly and communicative. Tell her those rolled chicken flautas were great. She was curious about the taste. Fresh cut fries with the skin on are my favorite and I really enjoyed my burger.

This place is very yummy. The burgers are delicious, and you have the option of sitting inside out outside. The service is great. They great you with a smile. They check on you, and they make sure you have plenty to drink. They do not let you sit at the table with empty glasses.
HIGHLY Recommend this place if you want a burger, fries, onion rings, or just a cold sweet ice tea!

We decided to try Burgar as it had favorable reviews. Upon entering there was one table with two people in it. Getting water to drink took some time, and same with our order.
Once it arrived, it was lackluster. The chori-burger had anything but flavor. A mess with sauces, no poblano peppers, and no sign of chorizo. The only thing I could taste here was the avocado, and tomato. My better half ordered a quesadilla with beef, and needless to say it was just about as good as my burger. No flavor on the beef, a grease pit, and really just uninviting.
It’s unfortunate as the reviews looked promising, and experienced the complete opposite. More than likely will not return nor would recommend to anyone. I hope they turn it around, only having one table at 5PM, shows why.

Stopped in for lunch and ate outside great setting could not say the same about the food burgers were what I would term as a average burger and the wings were not anything special. Had heard several say good things about them but just not sure what they were talking about. Even the service was not really great once we got our food did not see our server again until we were finish and out of drinks. I would think that someone would at least come back and check to see if you need a refill on your drink. Oh well gave it a try don’t think we will go back.

We arrived around 4:00 pm and the restaurant was pretty empty. There was no hostess station or anyone to greet you, so we had to find and put together 2 tables ourselves to seat our party of 5. We had to wait to place both our drink and food orders. The chicken wings and onion rings we ordered as appetizers were not fresh they were made from frozen and not very flavorful. When our food finally arrived it was cold and 4 out of the 5 meals order were wrong.
The floor in both restrooms was unsafe and we thought we were going to fall through

Loaded fries, raspberry flavored margarita, Surf n Turf burger, Build Your Own burger, mac n cheese with bread bits Everything is delicious. Can’t wait to come back. We love talking to the owner too! He’s so friendly and works very hard to satisfy his guests.
