Usually this location is the gold standard for Taco Bell in Evansville, but tonight was a major disappointment. My chalupa was rock hard like it had been sitting out for hours. They also left the Chicken Avocado Ranch Stacker on the grill too long so it fell apart. It had no flavor and the lettuce was wilty. Nothing is worse than having wilted lettuce. Taco Bell is not cheap anymore so you would think the quality would be better.
To top it off, I had to wait in the drive-thru for over 8 minutes and the person wiring the window didn’t even acknowledge me or tell me there would be a wait, they just stood at the window looking away like i couldn’t see them. I guess they were cooking the new churros, so I guess at least I got one thing fresh.

How do you go from the best Taco Bell in the city to the absolute worst , I’ve worked for Taco Bell before and there’s no way we would’ve ever served what my family was served tonight ..not to mention they completely messed up our order …
The chalupas are so hard it could quite literally break a tooth if not a couple .. all the food is cold the only thing warm is the cheese sauce & then they didn’t even get my order correct , it’s so sad that we can’t even order to go or on the go without having to worry about a simple task of reading a screen and making sure the order is correct & then when we pull around to correct it we’re told “ they’re not taking any more orders at this time “ all while our order is completely messed up & absolutely disgusting !!! & then of course if you try to call you get no answer, completely ashamed that I even spent the money on this meal .. taco John’s would never !!!

Me and my girlfriend gave our mobile app code to order food and we were going to order in the drive thru to get points. Right when we gave our code they told us to pull forward before we had even ordered anything. And then before we even tried to start our order the person taking the order was telling us to hurry up right after asking what we would like to order. We weren’t even at the ordering menu for more than 10 seconds when this had been said. Mind you no one was behind us in the drive thru. Real crappy customer service. This took place at 10:35pm. 11/24/25. We will start using another location to get food. No professionalism and seems like lack of training as well. This needs looked into because we probably aren’t the only ones this has happened to. The rushing and disrespect isn’t something that should be used in customer service. Have used the willow Taco Bell for quite a few years but that’s going to change now. Train your people better and find people that care about their job. Someone that keeps it professional should run the drive thru.

Went and got three tacos and a burrito, asked for spicy ranch on all of them and got charged for it. Not one thing had spicy ranch. This place literally sucks. I would not recommend it. They give you one spoon full of meat even when getting charged for extra. This place is pitiful. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. The meat there taste awful as well.

Everything was always ok besides the normal every once and awhile missing items that I noticed one home but I should’ve checked before I left. I had one truly horrible experience when I bit into a taco and felt something weird crunch and when I looked at taco there was half a roach so that means I had bit into the roach, luckily I spit it out. I understand things happen but what made it worse was when I called from home to complain, I wasn’t treated very well so I went up there and the manager or whoever on duty was like I need whole taco to replace. I was so angry. This happened years ago but this is first thing I think of when I hear Taco Bell. Now rarely I stop to get drink or maybe cinnamon twists for my son. Sorry for such a long review but I just wanted to say I did love the food, was made to feel like my complaint wasn’t important, and I miss going there for food.

Whoever packed my order wasn’t paying attention and I got part of someone else’s order I got 2 items I didn’t order. I ordered a decades luxury box and got everything in it plus what looked like 2 tacos with chili or something and some sort of green sauce I also orders nachos which I didn’t get at all. Either get better employees or they need to make sure to pay attention to what they pack in the bags. Whatever the 2 tacos I received had on it was gross

Just wanted to say that this is the cleanest Taco Bell location I’ve ever seen.
Mae and Liz? are very friendly and welcoming.
I’ve been eating at Taco Bell just about every day for more than 25 years at hundreds of different locations from Hawaii to Connecticut.
My food was made the way it should be, all of the ingredients actually spread out evenly and prepared properly.
So many times I get my order and the beans are on one side of the buritto and the rice on the other and cheese etc in random spots. I have to open the buritto and mix up the ingredients myself.
This place is perfect.
