Always great service we live between cloverdale and Spencer. For months we had issues with cloverdales before we finally tried Spencer. We have been going for about a month its so much better. They dont make you sit at the order speaker until your foods done instead of the window like every other taco bell, on top of everytime something is wrong with the order.

Food was old and not good. kiosk is not customer service and even the employee said it is confusing. You get better service through the drive through because you don’t have to take your own order that we have not been trained for. LOOSE THE KIOSK because you are loosing my service by making me pay the same for something I don’t have to do in the drive through.

Food is generally ok, but small portions today. Service is always one star if you have to take your own order, I don’t work there, I shouldn’t have to take my own order. Dining room is cold and dark like all remodeled Taco Bells now days.

The food was pretty good, we went inside and it took forever to get our drinks let alone our food. My husband stood at the counter for a good 15 min before anyone came to see what he wanted (cups for our drinks). Thinking that now they know we have ordered, they will get our food, ha no, it didn’t make a difference. And they had a delicious looking picture on their order screen, but I couldn’t find it on the kiosk anywhere.

It’s fast food. It’s cheap fast food. Unlike McDonalds and Burger King, that forgot they are supposed to be cheap fast food, Taco Bell hasn’t forgotten. For a family of 4, you can get a lot of variety for 30 dollars, it’s insane. If you want healthy cheap options, cook at home. If you want fast and inexpensive food, go to Taco Bell.
This location in particular isn’t bad. It’s nice, the employees are nice, the dine-in experience is nice. It seems to be managed well. Have a go. Drop 20 dollars and be sure to get the baha blast.
