I can tell you this Starbucks location is the only one I will go to and I do go every morning! Nikki memorized my drink (my drink is very long and complicated for some people to memorize) and that means a lot to me and makes my morning so much better! She is great! She interacts with people at the window and has made conversation with me! She’s a great worker!! Whoever complains about her is in the wrong because she and one other girl I’m not sure her name are absolutely amazing!! Thanks Nikki!!

The service is down right horrible. My husband and I have gotten snipped for ordering things with oat milk instead of regular milk because it’s too complicated. The manager, Cathy, got mad when we complained nicely about being given drinks that weren’t what either of ordered. She tried getting us to take them because she didn’t want to remake them. No comps were offered. Drinks at this location have gone swriously downhill. Today we ordered drinks that tasted like burnt water and were completely flavorless. It was to the point where we couldn’t finish them. Essentially we wasted over $13 for drinks we couldn’t get through. This will be the last time we come here. Don’t bother we this place since they don’t seem to want to be friendly with regulars because they might want their drinks modified in even a small way.

Ordered a pick up so my friend could pick it up for me. They were rude to her and didn’t even start making my drinks until they got to the window. I ordered it 15 minutes earlier. When she got to my house with my drink, my supposed to be white chocolate mocha was a regular mocha. After hearing about her experience and receiving the wrong drink I will stick to the other Starbucks or 7 brew. Very disappointed.

I love the Starbucks. It has way more better equipment inside in order to utilize in order to make your meal better. Your food comes out better. The barista is here actually make your drink how it’s supposed to be made. Usually all my espresso goes to the bottom because they really don’t care how they’re making it but the woman that did my drink today made sure that espresso was all through the drink and it was one solid color. It was great my sandwich. My double smoked bacon cheddar sandwich was great my boyfriend loved His spinach wrap too

Well 7 brew came to town. Not a soul in the parking lot or the drive threw at this location. I had a delivery. Went threw drive threw. Was told I’m not allowed to use the drive threw. But there is no one else here. With no explanation to the foolery. 10 out of 10 will not return. And yes it is because your policies change way to much for delivery drivers to keep up with.

Attempted to order online at 5:30pm on 3/21/24, but online ordering was turned off. Drove 20 minutes and daughters went in to order at 5:51pm and told couldn’t get the “buy one get one drink” offered today between 1-6pm because we didn’t order online. Daughter’s ordered and waited 30 minutes for 3 drinks. I stayed in the car and watched the car line for the drive thru clear out twice. Others in the building waited longish, but were served and came in AFTER my girls. My daughters waited patiently and were last served given 1 drink then waited 5 more minutes for the other 2 (maybe to assist drive thru that arrived). Customer service was poor…No “thank you”, no “sorry for the wait”. (My girls give good customer service at work so they knew this was not good service.) I then called and spoke to Lydia Stern and she was defensive stating “well, since you sat in the car you saw how busy it was” which was no excuse for that long of a wait which no sense of order and lack of good customer service. Lydia was rude and insincere, but offered two free drinks for next time. In reading comments, I see others have shared similar complaints. It’s almost as if you get punished for going inside to order? Very unwelcoming staff w poor customer service skills.

Went for coffee at open on Saturday morning and they were so bitter and disgusting nobody could drink them!!! I was honestly shocked at the poor quality of ALL the drinks in our order.
