I waited in the drive through for a while and that part didn’t really bother me. The handed me my order. I didn’t have everything. He then gave me a second bag. When I arrived home, the entire order was wrong. I received nothing I ordered except what I told them was missing. Very disappointing.

This taco bell is literally always out of some major ingredient. Went through tonight to and they listed off 15 items they didn’t have and how I couldn’t get anything grilled or an sauces and he says sorry we close in 10 minutes. Do better Connersville.

I’d give 0 stars if I could, ordered ahead and everything on the mobile app, paid and all, drove up to get it less than 5 minutes away and their delivery truck arrived but they made sure to take the guys order in front of me but not my order that I had already PAID FOR, forcing me to drive off empty handed and waiting 2-3 days for my refund. Lost my business

I wish there was negative got wrong food went back w receipt charged again for 2nd time still not right food so after spending over 20$ and 2 trips the guy wasn’t only incompetent but rude. Still no chk tacos soft Supreme no chips and cheese but u could buy nachos. I’ve loved taco bell in all other 6 states I lived. Connersville service is terrible rude when it was their mistake twice. Out money 2 trips and finally calming the 8 year old enough to have cereal now at 11pm no apology no anything repaid again because didn’t hv the items. Can’t bring back what you don’t get. Mexican is my favorite. I guess I’ll hv to start ordering to go from a restaurant. Just sad I loved they always had good service and if they did forget something they made it right plus. This one must be privately owned to have such terrible food and service. The owner will definitely loose the franchise if something doesn’t change fast.

Every time I go here they always forget something. For example today they forgot my sauces and my taco. A few other times they have forgotten my sides and another time my taco. The workers are nice and the building itself is nice it’s just the service that bothers me

I came here and got a chicken quesadilla with a fruit punch and 12 piece cinnabon. When I asked for a cup I was completely ignored and had to ask multiple times for a cup, by a woman, I believe her name was Sam, had blonde hair about 5’2. A few people I was with had ordered cinnamon twist and she proceeded with an attitude to say “we’re out” she didn’t offer to give us a refund, or provide us with alternative options. I will be sure to go to the dominoes down the street next time and I recommend everyone else save your time and money and do the same.
