Myself and the car in front of me were the only ones in the drive through. They ordered 20 bucks worth of stuff, so pretty normal family meals. I pulled up at 9:12pm, and didn’t get my food until after 9:30.

Tried to go get some food around 10:30 tonight and they were CLOSED. Google says they are open until 4 AM so just confused why they were closed even before 11 PM. Freaking McD’s is open later than that and TB has allllways been known for being open for late night cravings. LAME.

Laziest employees!!! 9:30 am on saturday- One car in the drive thru, not a single other customer than me in the store….waited at the counter for several min until somone poked their head out and said ill be with you in a min….then another women poked her head out several min later and told me to order on the kiosk…i said no thanks, i will go to mcdonalds instead….lazy employees…too lazy to take an order these days very sad

Totally ridiculous that you now have to order from the Kiosk, while someone is standing at the cash register in case your paying with cash. Terrible customer service. I have went to this Taco Bell for years, some weeks on a daily basis. What happen to wanting to have face to face interaction with the customers that keep the business going

Had 2 horrible experiences here. First, the dining room was always closed, so I went through the drive thru to pick up my online order, and they wouldn’t give it to me because I supposedly had to pick it up on the inside. I was late to work because that drive thru never moves fast. Second, ordered delivery through Uber, and the Braintrust at this store saw my name wrong, so the driver couldn’t pick up my order. Go to the Taco Bell on Morrison.

Love this tacobell. I go to this tacobell all the time. They messed up on my order once accidentally gave me the wrong food but made it right, right away. They don’t skimp out on the 1-2 dollar burritos. Great place to get food from. Especially if your a collage student. I love the spicy potato soft tacos!

Went thru the drive thru and ordered 1 crunchy taco and literally sat at the drive thru window for 22 mins for the male that took my order to walk over and say sorry we forgot you was out here I cleared the screen 20 mins ago because all you ordered was 1 crunchy taco.
