A great brewery. Vast menu of beers, with a strong German theme for both beer styling and food! The lagers were delicious! Could be a really fun spot to visit for trivia! The fried pickles and the sausage platter were huge portions of food! The sausage platter was very greasy but the sausage medallions were well cooked and a nice snack!

Super fun vibe. Great music. Very tasty beers in a nice variety. Including an amazing German Style IPA. Gets some flights, sample the wares and enjoy the sociable beertenders. I also had some pickle fries (very tasty) and a Corned Beef Ruben which was ok but the corned beef was a little tough. The potato salad was freaking amazing!

We had to order at the bar but the food and drinks arrived pretty quickly. The workers were really helpful and friendly. Easy to find a seating spot. They have darts too.

Great brewery vibes with lots of seating, a real dart alley, and a nice outdoor patio. The beer is among the better SLC breweries, the staples are solid and the small batch stuff has been truly excellent. They have to go beer in fridges up front.

Great brewery with lots of parking in the downtown area. Beer selection was fantastic. German themed menu pairs well with a few lagers. The jalapeño fritters were tasty but a bit heavy and oily so 1 or 2 was more than enough. Recommend trying the burgers or German classics instead. But good beer and punk/ska music playing over the sound system made for a great afternoon pit stop.

Chill place to have a beer and play darts. Bartenders are friendly and fast. Their local brews is where it’s at. At the time of this writing you can try a flight of 4 for 10$. Pretty good IMO. Place is chill and plenty of seating at the bar. Also lots of parking outside.

Had decided to go here on a whim and had a great time! The beer and food was quite tasty having German influence. We got the ESB and Kölsch as well as a pretzel with beer cheese. Multiple of their beers were also Gluten reduced which was cool to see.. Atmosphere was great, sweet music, enough TVs to enjoy sports games but not too many that you feel overwhelmed, and in general the space was quite large so lots of places to enjoy/ gather. Staff were funny but super helpful and quick, also remembered our names which was cute. Definitely would go back!

I love their beer- all delicious and a great variety. I was super impressed with their food- recommend the inside out grilled cheese sandwich and the German sample platter. Great parking. The staff are very friendly.

We ate here for lunch after getting into town for a wedding. The area around the building seemed a bit sketchy, but the restaurant was friendly, safe, and casual. I had the Bacon Avocado burger which wax quite good and was served with definitely above average fries. My wife had the Garden Salad topped with chicken schnitzel which she truly raved over. My Irish Lager which was excellent. My wife had the Cherry Mother Pucker which she described as good (but she seemed to enjoy the artwork on the can more than the actual brew. My only complaint was the menu was somewhat limited. Based on all the German choices, I might have called this place The Bewildered Biergarten!

Great brewery tucked away behind the park. I came around 9pm on a Monday night hoping to get a bite but the kitchen had just closed. I decided to grab a quick drink and I’m sure glad I did.
After Derik gave me the run down on the great alcohol laws of the state of Utah, I went with the Märzen at 6.2% which could not legally be served on draft, but out of a container is okay. Go figure. Great solid German style beer. Crisp, great flavor and the best part it was only $4! Give me a six pack please. I also tried the Hazy Hugs which was on draft so only 5%. It was also a good choice, just interesting having a low ABV Hazy IPA. Not a bad thing. Just different.
The only thing missing was this place needs more merchandise options. There were only a couple of hats and some tank tops. I snagged a hat, but would have loved to take some other merch home.
Also it sounded like the beertender, Derik, is opening up his own brewery, Wolfdog Brewing in Sandy, Utah. Go check him out and support a veteran business. Cheers fellas.
