There is usually something off/wrong with the order. They are usually always happy to help and fix their goof ups if you ask nicely, though. If they forget your sauce, there is a convenient sauce stand right when you walk in to get it yourself if its stocked. So it’s super convenient. In all seriousness, though, it’s an OK Tacobell. And I’ll probably continue to go here to fulfill my tacobell needs.

During my last two visits (including today’s visit)to the Taco Bell on Jonathan Moore Pike in Columbus, Indiana, I received beef in my order despite requesting vegan options. This happened twice in a row, which is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
On my most recent visit, I was not offered a refund, and no one from the store contacted me afterward. I used to enjoy this location, but the quality and attention to customer requests have declined significantly.
I am requesting:
• A refund for the incorrect orders
• Assurance that staff will take dietary requests seriously moving forward
I hope management addresses this issue promptly so I can feel confident returning in the future.

Enjoyed our meal on a road trip last fall. We use the kiosk to order because it’s simple to display vegetarian items.
The serving area and dining area were both clean and well-organized. Restrooms needed a little attention (mainly restocking).
Our food was exactly as ordered in terms of ingredients, but I thought portions were sparse on burritos and cheesy potatoes. Otherwise, standard fare for the chain.

Inside the store, you can only order through a kiosk. The employees are absolutely unwilling to talk to you, let alone help you if you’re having difficulty with ordering. This Taco Bell offers ZERO customer service. When I spend $10, I expect $10 of customer service. Unwilling to do even the bare minimum? Thank you, I’ll go elsewhere. Done with Taco Bell.
