As a former Employee for k mac enterprises My expectations are high in this Taco Bell definitely achieves that. I see some of the bad reviews but personally this one meets standards The food is always decent made right Is maybe had one incident there where the burrito was not rolled right But the food always tastes good You can tell food safety is definitely followed the staff. There are always decently friendly or are always willing to joke around And try to make you feel at home And to top it off, the restaurant is pretty clean. The general manager definitely does a good job. Great work, guys

While this establishment has been updated in recent years I have seen massive turnover to the effect that the quality of food and service leaves much to be desired. I recommend keeping your order simple. The novelty menu options typically are prepared poorly. Also, some of the staff are known to be taco punchers smashing your order. It’s pretty obvious so be careful with what you order.

I went in there and two other couples followed me in we waited all three couples in line for 10 minutes before any of us got spoken to my order was messed up another one of the couples order was messed up and they barely put any meat at all in the tacos. I am normally a huge Taco Bell fan so I hope this review doesn’t speak for a mom I was just seriously upset by that day service. But I have faith in Taco Bell that they will get it together!

You know what this place needs? Fire everyone and just re hire. My word what an absolute mess of a place. Everything from the wrong orders? Cold food and the food not wrapped and all over the bag. Not to mention the lovely workera nodding off while working.

A bunch of high kids making food set 30 min for cold food. There was a couple that couldn’t keep the eyes open making food for them and friends with no gloves. Paying customers getting cold food after they get ther hot food. I will be back tomorrow to give them their cold food and want a full refund. I do not recommend anyone to go here I wish they had negative stars they would get negative 10

Food prep area was messy at best, filthy at worst. Took 20 minutes to get my order after I arrived even though I ordered and paid on line 10 minutes before that! There was a confrontation between a customer that got the wrong order and the staff. They ignored him when he asked to speak to the person in charge. They finally agreed to remake the order. One employee talking on his phone while preparing an order… just a nasty environment all.around.
