The manager likes to talk shit about door dashers and is currently talking shit about me and about how i shouldn’t accept orders cause it’s causing them to work? lol like if you don’t want to work just don’t but. don’t talk shit about me when i’m being nice and shit but that’s alright i’ll let people know how your workers don’t wash hands. that pick stuff up off the ground then go back to making tacos. If the employees would stop playing on the phones instead of working maybe the wait times would not be something long! This is absolutely not acceptable. Only 3 people working and one of them won’t put her phone down long enough to make anything.

I just now walked into this Taco Bell and I’m standing there for about 10 maybe 13 minutes so I finally asked the kid with the drive-thru earphone on his head I said hey is this register open anybody working here or should I just go through the drive-thru if that’s the only thing open The kid looked at me and said you can go through the drive-thru if you want. Seriously? That’s how we feel? I didn’t do nothing to nobody I didn’t come interacting stupid I came in there hungry wanting to eat after work so I asked the lady with the other earpiece on her head apparently both of these people are working to drive through and I asked the lady is anybody working this cash register she looked at me like I was stupid there’s other people eating in this restaurant but I’m standing here almost 13 minutes waiting to take my order so I can eat That was bullshit!!! Corporate can look at the cameras and see how long I was standing there. I have the model that nothing will make or break me so I’m sure I won’t make or break Taco Bell but I guarantee you this Taco Bell won’t get my money anymore Good luck with that food service you guys got there. End of rant I’m still hangry

Every time I go in there Jordan is always smiling, and excited to help. She must work a lot because I go in there quite a bit for lunch or dinner.
But I will say, the few times I have been in there and dealt with -who I think- is store manager or the general manager she has been completely rude, and short tempered with not only guest, but employees as well. Talking loudly about scheduling conflicts loud enough for us to hear in the dining area , which is extremely unprofessional.
5 stars for Jordan alone.

Ordered my food with no pico de gallo today, food did have pico on it, no big deal. Looped around to ask if they could fix it so they made a new one. While waiting for the food the girl at the drive thru, not realizing the window was cracked, started talking crap and mocking us for not wanting pico on our food, mind you it was because of allergies. Anyways, very unprofessional behavior making fun of customers for any reason. I didn’t catch her name but she had pink hair

Ordered food with changes, none of them were done. I didn’t even get everything I ordered, and some items were so pathetic I might as well just not gotten it.

Probably should try one of the other ones, these people don’t care at all.

I’ve always used the app for pick up through this location, this time got the confirmation email & order receipt like normal. And was told they didn’t have my order, I thought that was odd at first. But, now after being instructed by the manager I attempted to cancel the order ( fun fact the app/ website will not let you ) And just reordered, now for a second time this happened & I’m out $84.04 from 2 separate orders I NEVER RECEIVED. And, after the second I went inside to speak to a manager. Instead the manager kept sending the drive thru employee over instead of talking to me herself. Which is completely unprofessional, all I wanted was additional info on what I could do to dispute the orders. And instead was ignored to my face by the manager & just getting to speak with an employee who barely knew what she was talking about. Save your money & time & go elsewhere this store obviously doesn’t care enough to even attempt to help their customers. Would have put 0 stars if I could have!

So I order online and don’t get me wrong thank you for the 25% off coupon but the employees weren’t very friendly and when my husband walked in he told them the pickup order name and the girl said ok and walked away. He waited a few more minutes before he said something again. The bag was sitting there the whole time no one helped him.. I thought ordering online would be better than the horrible drive through service I was wrong. On top of everything else the amount of toppings on the nacho was enough for three chips. I was highly dissatisfied and usually am… No thank you Taco Bell..
