WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE CHIPS?!?! I ORDERED QUITE A FEW THINGS ALONG WITH A NACHO BELL GRANDE AND THE CHIPS ARE HORRIBLE!!!! THEY ARE COMPLETELY TRASH! THEY AREN’T COOKED PROPERLY, TASTE STALE AND SALTY!! UPLOADING PICS BECAUSE NO WAY THEY SHOULD LOOK LIKE THIS!! I WASTED $6!!

As usual, Taco Bell disappoints. I don’t even know why I try anymore…maybe in the hope of the days of yore coming back? Anyways, I ordered the fried chicken burrito and it was embarrassingly bad. The chicken was so overcooked that it nearly disintegrated during chewing. I mean, this isn’t that hard folks. Just maddening. Avoid, at all costs. You’ve been warned.

I stopped at this Taco Bell and the order process was a bit messy, not a huge deal. But when I got the food, it was inedible. The lettuce and tomatoes tasted so bad I immediately spit it out. That should never happen, especially with food people are paying more and more for.

The staff looked miserable, which felt like a reflection of deeper issues rather than individual workers. Fast food prices keep going up while quality continues to drop across the board. Experiences like this are becoming far too common, and it’s sad.

I won’t be coming back. Support local businesses when you can.

Anything I have ordered that is fried the past couple times I have ordered at this location, it’s been rancid tasting and inedible! I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but reviews from months ago have said the same thing… they either need to clean their fryers better or they never change the oil. Either way I had to toss half my meal. Going to another location from now on.

TL;DR: food & dine-in service awful; drive thru and dine-in clean

I understand places get busy, and I don’t expect like world class service at fast food, but I feel like at minimum tasty food and attentive service is expected. I got neither. I spent almost 30 minutes from entering to exiting. 25 of that was just waiting for someone to take my order/get the rest of my order. I know they have drive thru people but I basically had a beg someone to come take my payment. At one point they were just standing around which was even more annoying to see.

They wrapped one of my soft tacos completely wrong so it all fell out in the bag. Also, I said specifically no lettuce (even double checked my receipt), & I
got lettuce on the items.

The only good thing I can say is the dine-in area was very clean and picked up after.

It looks like drive thru and mobile order offer much better service, but the quality of food is enough I will drive a few miles more to get a better Taco Bell experience.

Food was made quick and was done properly. The texture of chalupa was perfect. I have eaten at many Taco Bell’s across the country and have to say this place knows how to make it correctly.

They were short staffed and only had 2 people working. Only accepted orders thru the app. So I sat in the parking lot to order on the app, went back thru drive thru to tell them my order and get drinks, to go back to the parking lot to wait for 1 person to bring the food out to our car…. Is this normal??
