The first time I went there about a couple of weeks ago Tyrice and Mia were working and they were very friendly and courteous. It has been a long time since I’d been to any Taco Bell because before this trip the taco I ordered at another location was only filled about 25% of the shell. However when I visited the Coliseum Blvd location this time Tyrice made our food and the taco and 5 layer burritos we ordered were filled perfectly, not to much and not to little. It was the best taco/burrito we’d had since before 2020 and I made sure I told him that day before we left. So we went back again the other day, but he want working and the taco want as full. If I were the owner I’d much rather have them filled the way Tyrice did than the second time we visited that location. I’d recommend having show other how he makes them and then keep them like that. I’d never met him or Mia before that day, but I was impressed with both of them. On my second visit the other day someone named Adrian was there working and he was very friendly and courteous too.

We went to there again going to find Tyrice working, however he wasn’t and sadly the meat on the taco wasn’t even warm and it was so thin layered there was little in it and the chicken shell was a bit tough to eat. The hottest thing was the 5 layer burrito all of this was the $7 box. So we’ve decided if we stop in again at this location that’ll I’ll see if Tyrice is working then we’ll go eat somewhere else, because the last two times the tacos had little in them and the meat wasn’t hot. Your company needs to see how Tyrice makes them, because I’m telling you he made what I’d call the perfect taco and the perfect 5 layer burritoz not to much in them and not to little. Corporate should have him showing the others how it’s done. I’m sure they’re only doing what they were taught, so I don’t blame them personally, but it needs to be corrected otherwise we may not be the only customers who stop going there if not made properly. I mean no disrespect to anyone, it’s just a shame that there’s so little in each item anymore expect when your employee Tyrice makes them. I don’t know any of them personally.
Today the young lady that waited on my was friendly and courteous and her name is Alex, but she isn’t the one who made our order she only took it.

i came in two days ago and, and got charged twice on my card today, so i went in today to calmly and respectfully resolve the situation and had a very negative experience. i spoke with the GM of this taco bell and they had the worst attitude i’ve experienced at fast food in my life, i’m not going to mention any names but she is a big white woman who disrespected me when all i wanted was a refund :/ i even showed her the receipt as well on top of showing my bank account charged by the same order from tacobell twice along with the receipt and the wrappers of the burritos i ordered. :/ i jus wanted tacobell im not the problematic type but safe to say, DO NOT go to tacobell or here specifically atleast

Potato’s had no sour cream and were hard as a rock. We modified a few of our things with different sauces and they were missing sauces and incredibly bare. Almost no meat in any of the food. The worst Taco Bell in Fort Wayne

this place had me and my mother sitting here for an hour and a half while they stare at us like we did not exist. we spent over $70 yet were treated like bottom level trash. DONT GO HERE!! you will be treated horrible. customer service need changed and management needs replaced. the manager had the biggest attitude and needed to wear a hairnet and a shirt that fit correctly. again i warn you to never step foot in this establishment and stay clear from their business.

Dont even waste your time and money here. Teenagers working were eating and drinking at the window meanwhile im waiting well over enough time for my food. Drive all the way home realize they forgot half my order. Go back wait another 20 minutes for TWO items. Get home to finally sit and eat to realize there less than a teaspoon of meat in my taco and smothered in frozen lettuce and and obsurd amount of sour cream. Dissapointed and upset is an understatement.

The entire late night crew is a disappointment. At 1 am I take my daughter to get food. The cashier is unprofessional on the speaker, smacking on pork rinds. The crew is moving around as if they are putting on an amazing production only to deliver a meal fit for the garbage can. The picture I am uploading is when it is initially opened.

Happened to be in town doing some last minute shopping with a friend. Dropped in here for what we thought was going to be a quick bite. One car in the drive thru, we came inside and there were 2 people ahead of us. Took 30 minutes to get our food. Order was missing fries. We’ve been waiting over 10 minutes for them. As others have noted, everyone’s moving around like they’re busy but nobody’s here and only a couple of cars have come through the drive thru. Manager is shuffling around like she’s important but only in between games on her phone and conversations which are obviously more important than the one she should be having with the manager of another store to see if they could spare a few large size cups as this store is out. She put a little note on the counter, though, so it’s ok. People behind the counter were friendly and apologetic but the entire store is filthy and greasy. Food all over tables. No sauces, no napkins, drink machine and garbage can covered in slop.
