Worst location ive been to. They will avoid the front counter to take orders forcing to use the kiosk. 3 different groups walked in and left while I was waiting. Food was cold and tacos were hard. No ice for drinks. 6 employees and service was still horrible see in picture these girls have been standing there for 15 minutes waiting to order with cash no one had even looked at them

Waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru (5 cars, 1 person inside) for a chicken quesadilla I clearly ordered with NO creamy jalapeño sauce. Got it anyway — smothered in sauce.
Went back through and was pleasant and polite about the mistake. The employee at the window was rude, shut the window on me mid-sentence, and handed me a cold, uncooked quesadilla.
Had to park and take my child inside in 4-degree weather just to get a refund. No apology. No communication. Nothing.
I then had to drive 35 minutes to Fort Wayne to pick up my autistic son, and this w5as the simple chicken-and-cheese tortilla he was craving — one of the few foods he will eat.
The store was not busy enough for this level of delay or disrespect. Also, I should mention there were at least 8 employees working. Huntington taco bell is trash.

I went here on the day we had a very bad blizzard. My usual breakfast place was closed.
I was grateful that they were open.
I went through the drive-thru and I was greeted in a very warm, welcoming, and genuine manner.
The food was hot, fresh, and speedy.
A very good and memorable experience to have.

It’s crappy when you pay ridiculous delivery fees just to have them forget 1/4 of your order, not bring sauce or even straws. I called and they told me to just pick it up another day? I won’t make the mistake of ordering here again.

Terrible, bought a expensive $30 party box(already way to expensive for half put together tacos) & every single one was iced cold so you sold me $10 worth of cold nasty tacos you can’t warm up with out making the veggies bad, for $30 absolutely pathetic I will make sure every site I can finds sees this review & pics of the crappy work this building does not need anymore business an the staff is gonna be disrespectful an serve nasty cold food.

** CUSTOMERS AND DRIVERS BEWARE**
This is one of the WORST Taco Bell locations I have been to, that is saying A LOT if you have ever been to a Taco Bell in Fort Wayne. The employees are rude and basically throw your food at you. They all act like they have something better to be doing. I don’t know what that would be, because they obviously never clean. The floors are sticky and slick like they haven’t been mopped in MONTHS. There is ALWAYS trash littered all over the floor. The tables are always still covered in the last 10 customers food droppings. The kitchen is just as nasty as the dining area.
The lines are long and ridiculous.
If you go through the drive through you get stuck for an hour with only 2 cars in front of you. If you go inside you get ignored until the drive through is empty. The employees stand around talking and playing on their phones while the drive through and lobby are packed with waiting customers.
They are always out of ingredients and apparently only stock the pop machines on rare occasions. They will spend 30 minutes making a single Taco and STILL can’t figure out making it right. More customers complain about their orders than those that don’t.
If you are picking up a mobile order late at night and can’t go inside they will give you PART of your order and ask you to go back around to the end of the line so they can spend another hour on the car behind you before giving you your food.
I can cook an entire actual meal and serve it to 4 kids in the time it takes these guys to figure out making a single burrito. The entire team on every shift needs to be fired and replaced with people who actually WANT to work.
**TIP FOR DOORDASH DRIVERS** If you get an offer for this location DON’T TAKE IT! They won’t have it ready, EVER. They will be rude to you about getting it to you, and then they will mark it in the system that it is ready while they are still making the food. You will stand there for an additional 10-20 minutes while they talk and flirt with each other, all the while you will get later and later on your delivery. I HAD a nearly perfect Dasher score until I had to deal with this Taco Bell. I went from 98/100 to 89 in a single afternoon just because of this store.
1 star across the board because I can’t do less than that!

I could put in an order here, drive to Fort Wayne and get Taco Bell, drive back and this Taco Bell would still be working on my order!!! The slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever seen.
I once sat in the dining area with 7 other people who were all pissed off and making fun of the 40 minute wait!!!! I don’t understand. It’s been like this for years! Clearly the management doesn’t care or it would get fixed. So sad.
