The crispy chicken in my crispy chicken burrito was a fried black, burnt crusty disgusting piece of chicken and I am now afraid that I might end up getting sick from it.Here’s a picture of it. It was so overcooked. I don’t know how somebody consciously put this inside of someone else’s food. Also, my other burrito was weird. It didn’t have the fillings in it. And it just didn’t seem right, and my Mountain Dew, 0 had no flavor syrup. It was green, but all the flavoring tasted like it was gone. Just avoid this location right now. If you can.

Great service, friendly staff. My only complaint is the stickers placed on the drink lids for mobile orders. I sometimes have to grab a new lid so that it’s not sticky. But I know that’s corporate policy since covid so don’t blame the staff for that.

Beefy 5 layer burrito.. tried it for the first time in at least a year, of course it was more along the lines of a beany burrito.. lack of layers, lack of beef. 1 end had the nacho cheese. Just a little. No clue where the sourcream was, definitely not a part of it like it should be. WHEN will tbell in our area be good again?

Staff was very rude- unfriendly and curt. No ‘thank you’ or smile, just a straight-faced stare. Obviously a bad day for this lady- probably a bad management culture. Food was luke- warm. I quickly recalled why I stopped patronizing taco bell years ago.

I got a crunch wrap supreme . It had tomato’s on it when I asked for none & the tortilla was burnt dark/ black , my nacho Belgrade had rice no beans no tomatoes and chipole sauce.. well my rice was dark ( like it’s been there for awhile stuck to the bottom of the pan dark ) . I door dashed and complained . This is sad . They told me it’s going to take a few bc they were behind . Than I think I’m going to get fresh food and it all nasty that’s gross do better please I wasted $55 for no reason …11-6-2025

Could be better service what kind of food is very good the bean rice burritos that’s what’s good with the jalapeno sauce on it off the dollar menu but sometimes the manager or an employee can wait on a customer not let them stand there for 10 minutes without doing anything

The staff was friendly we just wish they would have cooked the food a little longer. None of the cheese was melted in either quasidilla or the other food. Would have been great all around if it was.

They were super cool. Bought some food and played cards and they didn’t kick us out after closing.

I try and try with this place but they always seem to disappoint. If you like waiting forever for cold food this is the place to go!!! Guaranteed cold food everytime! Most recently I ordered a quesadilla and it was like a lunchable with cold everything.
