customer service is ALWAYS terrible. there could be one car in the drive thru and itll still take 25 minutes to get through. the food is always “wet”. The last time I went i got a crunchwrap and a Pepsi. they BOTH tasted like mold. I spit them both out, completely disgusted. any time ive gone inside, no one greets you, and they serve random people. you could be there for 10 minutes waiting and theyll look right passed you and help someone else. worst taco bell in the area

I try my best to not leave bad reviews. But at what point is enough enough! The last 5 times I’ve been to this location my order is wrong or missing the main items.. it is an inconvenience to drive back to the restaurant as I’m handicap. Only making this review in hopes that you can please start checking orders to make sure they are correct.

Anytime I’ve ordered here, it’s usually at LEAST decent. Today was absolutely awful, the cinnamon twists were VERY stale, chips were stale. Burritos were cold, whole order was honestly. They can’t even get an order correct, missing items.. the one good thing was the drinks.. even that’s pushing it. Not entirely sure where the heath department is, but maybe they should be called.. this place wouldn’t probably pass.

They do a pretty good job of getting the food ready The only problem is I like the cantina chicken bowl and they don’t have any forks. I thought it was just a one time thing but I came back a week later still no forks. They always used to have forks now and they expect us to eat at caveman style. I’m not sure I’m comfortable going back there and getting it with no forks again…it’s pretty forked up.

Oh my God!! I am absolutely without words!!!
Ordered a single bean burrito with no onions add beef. I get my food. Drive home and my first bite has onions. Like oh my God that’s a lot of onions! I drive back to the store and they are closed. At 2:50pm there’s an employees car blocking the drive thru. I parked and walked up to the drive thru window. I was greeted by an employee who stated that they were closed because the computers were down and could I come back in 30 min. I explained about my burrito and that I absolutely wouldn’t drive all the way back home just to come back AGAIN for a single burrito and you don’t need a computer to make my burrito right. He said “We’re doing other stuff right now and I can’t help you”. What is wrong with this picture? Where is the customer service?
I’m flabbergasted to say the least! Now I’m about 45 min from being hungry and stopping for my food to ultimately needing to go someplace else for food because I’m still starving, AND I have to pay for another meal.

Ordered a burrito supreme no tomatoes no onion add pico de gallo swap beef for steak and they gave me a plain steak and cheese with sour cream only plain no lettuce or pico de gallo it’s on the receipt can’t you read. Never again will I go to Taco Bell on McKinley in Mishawaka

Just went thru the drive thru. Horribly made food. My cheesy gordita crunch was COLD and DRY. Wasnt NO CHEESE ON THE OUTSIDE AND IT WASNT EVEN MELTED. the outter tortilla was cold so it cracked cuz it cant bend. Then…It wasn’t even wrapped up and I had packets of mild sauce sitting IN my taco. So it was remade and the second one was even colder. Just pathetic. I should’ve just gave them both tacos back and got my money back.

Missing items we ordered. The items we got were absolutely disgusting. Hard tacos broken. Soft tacos should have been just lettuce tacos since that was just about the only thing in them.
