Ordered on their preferred platform. It said it would be ready in “at least 30 minutes” so I timed myself accordingly to pick up. When I got there right at the suggested pickup time, I opened the food in my car to find what everything had become moist and soggy, everything lost its texture and crunch. I’m not sure if it was the packaging or simply the misleading time but if you ask me, both need improvement. Once I got back to my hotel which is down the street I sat down to eat only to find that the chicken had lost or missing flavor. I don’t know if you ever been to a place where you can smell the spices/flavor but when you bite into it it’s not there? Well, that’s what I experienced. The chicken was spicy, as I had requested so that was fine, but no flavor. Fries had no salt though it did seem to have some type of cajun-like seasoning, regardless, they were bland. Even my little 2nd year old that LOVES fries didn’t eat it, she gave it back to me. I came here because of the reviews, so I’m thinking it may have just been my order but at $50 for some wings and a fountain drink we feel ripped off. We honestly didn’t eat more than two pieces of chicken, it was that bad.

You have to order thru the app, you can’t call and place an order that’s the only bummer. After placing the order online it took about 25-30 min, they had an option to cut the sandwich in half which i selected and they unfortunately didn’t do, I also asked for no pickles on one sandwich and both had it regardless. There’s no distinction on which one is what when you get the order. So when selecting options on the app to place an order they may not do what you selected. We got the hottest level burn baby burn-and hot. It was pretty good, the chicken was well cooked and juicy. We spent roughly $40 on both our orders, two sandwiches, two scoops of fries and one drink. Would consider going back.

Had the 4 tenders at the hottest level (burn baby burn). I love spicy food. Definitely had some heat to it, but the flavor was super good. Nice, slow building heat. Tenders were fried very well. Crispy outside and very juicy inside.
I would have given my experience 5 stars, but for four tenders and a small bowl of Mac n cheese (also pretty good), was $28 with a tip. They also charge an extra dollar to order the spiciest level tenders.
I would definitely go back and try one of their sandwiches.

I have been to this place before just never had done a review. I come here for the tenders. The staff is always too cool. Love their style of chicken it is always cooked fresh the place always is clean also. I always come when i get a chance. Love to get my spicy on when in the mood for spicy fire chicken.

BEST CHICKEN EVER!!! I just went with my grandma to check this place out and we both enjoyed it. This place is so good that my grandma who is picky enjoyed it a lot and she kept complimenting it. (Sorry about the bad picture, I got the crimson sandwich)

Went to check it out. Was not disappointed. Chicken portions were good and the quality of chicken was well too. We got the house specialty ‘Burrrn baby burn’ sauce. Real flavorful. Since we are use to ghost peppers & Carolina reaper. This lived up to its reputation. Not for the faint at heart.

First time here and heard lots of good things about the food.
We lucked out and showed up just before the crowd. They have touch screen kiosks for ordering but since we were the first there, the friendly employee took our order.
10 minutes later, our food was at the table. It was fresh, hot and delicious.
