Staff must need daycare had a child about three years old crying by the food station where they prepare food. I understand these are trying times but we are in a middle of a pandemic. Kid did not have a mask. Nor did the lady call my number when it was time to give us our food. Not professional demeanor from the lady with no babysitter looked mad. Observation when it comes to my surroundings and the way a establishment is run should be a concern when it comes to where I’m putting in my money and where I’m eating.. after all there is a new strain of this virus out and all precautions should be taken for the safety of all……Taco Bell corporate should be made aware as well. Not only that I go up there to get a few sauces and the lady moves the other persons bag like I’m steal food. Man I got plenty money to buy whatever food I desire to eat. These female employees should learn some manners and get a babysitter for the three year old who’s crying over the food station.

I’m not sure how this location stays open, I try to avoid it at all costs, but this location is always miraculously out of whatever you want to order late at night…telling me that they just want to go home and not do their job, even with having an online order placed ahead of time. Also on day shift during lunch time you only have 3 cars in the drive through, one at window and 2 at speaker, why would you wait 5 minutes to take each person’s order? You could have taken all 3 orders and had the food out back to back

Stopped by while driving back home from vacation. Went in and no one acknowledged us or tried to help us. I had to go to the bathroom and there was no toilet paper. I asked for help and they were rude and mumbling under their breath. I haven’t been treated like that in quite a while. Also gotbour order messed up. Glad I don’t have to back there.

This Taco Bell is whack as hell don’t even go through the drive-thru they’re overcharged you and not give you any extras, I’d recommend the Arby’s next do. You might get food positioning.

I usually don’t give reviews but this Taco Bell was excellent. The wait time for my food was almost none and it tasted very fresh. The employees were very polite and conducted a ‘no contact’ interaction very well.

So when I go to the mall food court regardless of what my kids want to eat we get drinks at the Taco Bell. Beat beverAge deal at food court especially at Happy Hour between 2pm and 5 pm. They also offer one refill which no one else does at Mall as far as I know. Other than that it is your everyday taco Bell.

Horrible customer service. Told us they were only taking cash, then when we said okay, then said only exact cash, and when we said okay the drive thru employee repeated her self but with an attitude!
