Coming from Atlanta, where does one find a chipotle that is open past 10 pm and has a drive through? Stockbridge of course!
Loved the relaxed vibe here,the portion size and the food quality. Look at the chips! It’s been a very long time since I got the full portion of chips where no edges are uncooked, and each chip is seasoned perfectly with salt and lime. Yummy to the max! They still had the fall theme going a week after new years, but with the warm Christmas and Jan, can’t say I blame them

I should have gone with my first mind. A 2 star…. This food is TRASH! The chicken is WAY too spicy. The rice is hardly cooked. And the was underwhelming. Never again! And sad that’s it’s a new establishment.

Honestly, I couldn’t rate this restaurant location because when I arrived around 9:30-9:45pm, they were already closed. Being that I rushed there from another location and they are supposed to close at 10:00pm, I was highly disappointed. I want to know why do these companies hire people that don’t want to work? Wow I am blown away by the service at this location. The food was beyond fresh, the employees were on point and the cleanliness of the location was impressive. Maxine and Cherish were so enthusiastic in helping prepare our lunch and it made for a great experience! Can’t wait to come back! They deserve a raise!

Good: The cashier was friendly and provided great customer service. The building looks great and so far it’s being kept clean. The food taste good, a little more flavor needed in the queso.
Bad: All the social media post about portions is true. I went in hoping for the best but unfortunately they don’t fill the bowls like I remember. The young lady preparing my food wasn’t welcoming at all. She seemed annoyed and wanted to hurry me up.
Ordered a salad bowl. I had to ask for additional lettuce on top because she barely added the salad mix in the bottom. I got about half a scoop of rice and corn . The chips were broken and heavy on the salt.
No need to drag this out. I was disappointed.

As soon as i pulled up to the drive through window the cashier had an immediate attitude, she was rolling her eyes, and did not have a pleasant expression. I did not feel welcome, and this experience makes me not want to return. I understand some people may have a bad day but taking it out on your customers is not good customer service.

This is one of the worst chipotle restaurants I’ve been to and I absolutely love chipotle the cashier had a horrible attitude the food was terrible not like it was when they first opened and it seemed as if you ask for extra even though you are paying for it they don’t want to give it to you no utensils were available we had to ask for it but didn’t want to bother the workers anymore cause of their attitude. The server that attended us was racist. Our family was served very little but then came a different race family (of their race) and they got served almost double of what we got served. Not only that, but the rice was undercooked and the steak tasted like cardboard. Even after all that we had to wait almost 20 minutes because the cashier added 2 extra bowls that we didn’t order or have. They really need to change.

It was a little disappointed as it being my first time visiting this particular restaurant my experience was not so good only because I assumed it was the manager but it was the cashier she was being very rude rushing the service and talking to her very poorly I thought to myself that is why I did not want my teenage daughter to work in fast food. The meat is usually overcooked compared to other chipotle’s. The morale of the workers is poor, manager lacks professionalism and service etiquette. The fountain water has been broken for months without being addressed. This location definitely does not meet the average standard of a chipotle. I would recommend driving up one more exit to go to the next chipotle.
