Literally the worst taco bell i been to in Indiana its the closest one to me so i go occasionally would go but from now on would rather take the little extra drive if thats what it seems it would take to actually get what i ask for. Whenever i go its always a problem im not sure if the staff needs new headsets or just hard of hearing but they seem to always miss what i ask for at the speaker and never repeat the order. Every manager i have a encountered is unprofessional and seems to have an attitude which would explain the work ethic the employees have considering they have no good examples. Not too long ago when i was there they thought it was funny to play in my food and gave me a taco with chicken nuggets and a burrito with only fries the girl whos name i believe was Sarah or something on the receipt for drive thru had an attitude and was unprofessional along with the rest of the night staff because i don’t know how they feel even comfortable enough to mess up an order that bad as a joke once again shows what kind of leadership they have there. When i came in the morning to show the manager the food i received she acted as if it was a normal day and started to make my food again before i had stopped her wanting my refund then a remake from them of food i wanted the night before. Only one person i will give props to is the tall white guy that works there he is the only one i seen have a friendly attitude ever there and gave me a free taco paper when the issue happened which I appreciated the gesture but definitely wont go there to get it because literally i cant name a time as of within the past year i been happy with my food hopefully they get a new staff or close down all together because i don’t understand how they function one of the most unprofessional Taco Bell’s in Indiana guaranteed.

Now this is a hardworking Taco Bell. Workers working, not standing around. Fast time and good food. Thank you! Please don’t turn into these other TB’s. It will be a wonder if it’s right today. Thank you for being a great run store!

I came thru the drive thru for breakfast and I’m 99% sure they just gave me food poisoning. I didnt eat anything before or after and I’ve been nauseous, diarrhea, fever, chills etc… since about 2hrs after I ate there. Idk what or how they store/cook their food but it made me extremely ill

If you’re a dad sitting at the sports complex in between volleyball games wondering if you should just walk down to Taco Bell instead of the overpriced crap they sell at the concession stand the answer is yes. It’s a 5 minute walk, a nice place and the food is good. Take a walk.

Terrible service. I actually have been to this location before and I normally have a okay customer service experience. I just left there tonight. I was rushed and laughed at while ordering. Rushed & cut off while trying to order and ask questions. Taco Bell used to carry mini shredded chicken quesadillas (LOOK IT UP) they laughed at me as if I asked a stupid question. Rushed me when I did not say I was done ordering or not. Cut me off from talking and told me my price. I get to the window and there was no real talking except for the transaction & once I payed and got my food the window was slammed in my face & I watched them laugh.?? Honestly I get people have bad days but this experience was just rude & I will not be returning to this location anymore and warning people. I’m nervous to even open my food Because I’m not sure what they did to it
Ps, So I’m at home eating, this was under my chip! Never going back . I did nothing rude to deserve this kind of service.

We just arrived and we got here. My husband and I came from church. We wanted to order the craven box and the manager was rude to us and said to use kiosk and we were wanting to just place an order we’ve been standing there waiting. The manager said we’re busy right now. Use the kiosk. I looked outside cause we’re on the side booth to where the drive-through is and there’s not one person in the drive-through and there’s four people sitting around doing nothing. They couldn’t place my order they had to make us go and use the kiosk. That is rude. What if we didn’t want to use the kiosk they have no one that can wait on you???

The employees are consistently rude: the entirety of a conversation at the drive-thru consists of “You checking in on Mobile App?”, “What you want?”, and “Pull forward”. No thought to confirm the order, no pleasantries, nothing. I get it; it’s Taco Bell, in Hammond, so you can’t set your expectations too high, but I don’t honestly think they could be any more unprofessional if they were actively trying.

I haven’t been to a Taco Bell in a long time. I must say this one has the freshest ingredients on my tacos. The hard shell was fresh as well!

Ordered through door dash since I don’t drive items were missing and when I called the store they said they could give me coupon but had to go there even though I told her I don’t drive and why couldn’t door dash driver be responsible for bringing my missing items without me having to deal with a reorder I will never order through door dash and will be contacting my bank for refund on missing items

The most disturbing foodd ever they serve. I had ordered a veggie Mexican pizza with 2 sauces which were chipotle and jalapeno, and paid extra for that shitttt as i never got it with sauces and plus the Mexican pizza tasted like it was expiredddddd!!!!
