I ordered two Mexican Pizzas through the drive through and I received excellent service plus the employees had wonderful personalities. Also this Taco Bell on109th in Crown Point is the best Taco Bell in Northwest Indiana! I have consistently received fresh and delicious food that is prepared very well and always quickly. Now I only go to this Taco Bell in Crown Point!

Well decided to give this new location a try after avoiding the one on Main St for a couple of years now. Ordered my food, paid and found pit it’s the same franchise owner. This visit at the new location is awesome. Friendly staff, open for breakfast, fully stocked and fresh, delicious food. We’re gonna start off on a new foot together at this new location. Thanks for the awesome experience at this new location.

Run from this place. The staff incoherent and they cannot make a crunchy taco. I ordered 4 crunchy tacos and the the bottom fell out of them because they were so soggy. I unwrapped them a minute after I ordered. Not to mention the shells were smashed in 20 pieces. I would have needed to eat them with a spoon but chose to throw them in the trash and vowed to never go to that terrible place ever again. It sucks!

Ordered online, waited about 5 mins when I got there, no big deal. Food was sloppily thrown together, our potatoes were about stale and crunchy with not even a full squirt of cheese sauce on them. Sauce was everywhere when I opened my Gordita crunch. Needless to say it seems they don’t care about quality control.

The food, wait time, literally everything about this location sucks. I’ve never gotten food from here that was good. My “soft” taco, stale. Nacho fries, no seasoning. Pop, flat. This location needs help seriously.

Well, 33 minutes stuck in the drive thru because of 5 cars!! No joke each car 5 minutes!! Slowest drive through i ever been in. Fresh poured high curb on the side so literally stuck and couldn’t abandon ship and drive off, or i definitely would have. Taco Bell, u guys should not let this place be open if you only gonna have 2 employees working. Unbelievable!!

I ordered 2 steak casadilla, paid for extra sauce and got almost no sauce on either. This isn’t the first time from this location. it’s not even the second or third time. They charge for things regularly and don’t provide it. Go to the location on Mian street.

Understood that the drive-thru closes at three in the morning. One person’s bad day does not have to influence the customers’. Don’t know who this was working here tonight but , def a bad review on mine n my three friends’ parts….

Welp! Here we go again! This location (109th) just recently opened in Crown Point so I decided to stop by and I must say first and foremost IF YOU GO THROUGH ANY DRIVE THRU AND YOUR THE ONLY ONE THERE AND YOUR FOOD IS READY IMMEDIATELY CHECK YOUR ITEMS!… now back to the review. 1. I didn’t receive all my items, 2. The order was incorrect. I didn’t receive my soft taco supremes. The crunchy tacos were soft and fell apart when you picked them up. 3. I bought 8 items and only got 4 packs of mild sauce. 4. I even rounded up for “charity,” so I feel cheated somewhat. Why is it so hard to provide quality service? Crown Point is stepping their game up with bringing more food establishments to the area, but all these places need to improve on service delivery. HIRE STAFF THAT ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THE JOB AND PROVIDING QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Management should pay attention to these reviews and make the necessary adjustments. I hope the mayor is reading these reviews as well and be proactive in ensuring the people of Crown Point are satisfied with the businesses he’s allowing to open and meet with these establishments to discuss on how to correct any/all deficiencies. WE the people work too hard to pay for poor quality services. STEP IT UP BELL on 109th.

It took like an hour to get my food. The air conditioning seemed to be out to in the store and its was close to 90 degrees inside. I get stuff happens but i felt like no one cared that i had to wait 60 whole minutes for 2 burritos and 2 tacos. I waited at the counter for close to 30 minutes and no one asked me anything. I had to kinda yell to get the ladys attention and she basically told me to keep waiting in a pretty rude way. Just go to the Taco Bell on Main Street way better customer service.
