Placed a drive thru order and got home to the most disappointing fast food meal from this establishment. Everything was so cold! Fries were nearly frozen and there was barely any meat on any of the tacos like it was coming out of the workers paychecks. I know it’s not gourmet but this was ridiculous especially after spending close to $50.

I’m not a big Taco Bell fan, but sometimes you’re so busy, that it works to get fed. However, the past few times I’ve gotten take out at the Winfield resturant it has been horrible. Today I purchased 6 hardshell tacos, and all 6 shells were smashed (had to eat them with a spoon). I understand that most of the time it’s kids serving us, but every time it’s regretful going there.

Don’t even bother with trying to dine-in. Stood at the counter for 8mins, had three different employees look at us and nobody said anything, much less tried to take our order. Long line at the drive-thru? Nope, not a single car. Short staffed? Nope, counted at least five different people working. Hope they don’t sell out of the Baja Blast Pie before I can make it to a different location.

As we are here June 23rd, 2024, I can honestly say now I understand why this Taco Bell always has a empty drive thru line when I drive by. I decided to order a few things. First of all, they have higher prices on like things compared to other local Taco Bells. I work up North and have to drive thru several towns and cities everyday and stop at other one’s so I know all prices. Second I can also understand why there is a class action lawsuit against the company for misrepresenting portion sizes. I ordered a crunchwrap supreme that was basically a small, flat six sided taco. Looked nothing like the thick one pictured in menu full of lettuce and tomatoes and meat. I also ordered a Cantina bowl. The picture shows a full bowl of food. What I got was barely half full black plastic bowl dish I could see mostly BOTTOM ON. On top of that they raised their prices beyond what little value you get for the portions. I will never, ever EVER go to Winfield Taco bell again for this ripoff. Also sending letter to corporate and every other source of social media I can find.

Sitting in the drive thru line waiting for my order. On the employee board I could read “we need good reviews” How about we need to deliver better service? Again, my order was wrong. If you want good reviews you have to earn them. This is one of many ordered that were wrong from this location

I mean I know it’s taco bell but I’ve had to heat up my chicken quesidilla the last 4 times I’ve ordered. Today had to pull it apart, mix the ingredients, Heat it up to melt the cheese, and cut it. Just saying alot of work for taco bell.
