In the drive through- someone greeted me and took my order. I pull up the window and all the lights are off and you can see two employees standing around. Dining room doors are locked. It’s 1:40 on a Sunday.

I ordered on the app about an hour in advance. You used to be able to pick a time in the app for when it’s made, but now that’s no longer an option. The app said “we will start making your order when you check in at the drive thru” so I figured it was fine. Clearly that’s not true though because my food was cold and soggy, and had definitely been sitting out for almost an hour.

Every single time I come to this specific taco bell. They NEVER get my order right. All i ever ask for is a cheese quesadilla. It’s all I get bc i am a picky eater. I went into the establishment and saw no one. I said hello for some time before someone came to take my order. The cash register at the counter wasn’t operational, so she had to take my order at the drive-through area. I was looking for the breakfast menu but it wasn’t to be found. The lady said that the breakfast menu was on the back side of the regular menus but they were raggedy and didn’t like to turn easily. When she tried to turn one, it seemed to break and almost fell off. I ordered my food. My food was wrong! I went back to the restaurant to let the staff know but they locked the door!
