This Taco Bell is ran very well. The food doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting there for hours. The food is always hot and fresh. The nacho fries are always warm along with the Cinnabon delights. The employees are always polite. I usually don’t leave reviews but I want a good restaurant to get recognition and this Taco Bell is great.

Every single time I visit this location they forget my food. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And now my pregnant wife has NO chips and cheese because they can’t remember the ONLY other thing in my order. The only impressive thing about this place is how consistently they forget food.

I ordered ahead for drive thru.. everything was stingy. Less than a literal tablespoon of meat on regular soft tacos and next to nothing with the griller. The griller was even folded weird so it would look stuffed. In reality, minimal servings of everything. This is why everyone eats at home more. Thanks for reminding me why I don’t eat fast food anymore.

OMG what happened?!? I have been a fan since I was age 16, and I am now age 66! I got a Luxe box for lunch today. I wasn’t shocked it went up in price. But there was 1 plain taco with a VERY stale shell, the burrito, cold, and those useless cinnamon things that remind me of Asian soup toppings, like a fried styrofoam cup but with sugar and cinnamon added. I could have ordered my usual favorite for much less. I’m so disappointed!

Been here 3 maybe 4 times since its opened been the same experience everytime. Went thru drive thru drove home to find not only did they never get my order right what they did give me was never any good. If the employees spent less time talking drama amd dancing and playing and more time doing the actual job maybe theyd get it right. DO BETTER……

Bathroom was a mess. There was very little food in my tacos in my box. It was very slim on everything I got. I was disappointed. The tables needed cleaned better. The teenage boy s could of talked quieter. They will learn. There not at school. There at a job and customer s making money. They were very busy in drive thru and inside. I had to wait over 10 minutes for my food. Taco shell was stale. Not crispy. I was disappointed in the tiny food in my tacos and round looking pizza thing. I paid over $9.00 I’ve had a lot better at other taco Bell s.

On Wednesday, February 26, my son and I went to the Trafalgar Taco Bell. We both got steak grilled cheese burritos and he got a five layer burrito. When he got halfway through the five layer burrito, he started to choke. He was able to cough up what he was choking on. It was a piece of plastic that was approximately 3 inches long by 2 inches with. Luckily, he was able to cough the plastic up that had gotten caught in his throat. This plastic was inside the beef part of the burrito. I have enclosed pictures of the plastic. I called the Trafalgar Taco Bell, and they did not seem to care too much at all and simply asked, “ Well what do u want me to do? You can come back and we will give u another burrito.” I did not turn around and go back for another burrito. I just thought WOW!!! Somebody chokes on a piece of plastic cooked in their food and they just offer to replace the food item????? This is crazy if it was an elderly person or young child this could have been devastating and fatal. I checked the rest of the food and found nothing in the other items. But did throw them away more attention needs to be paid when you are preparing people’s food. This was very very negligent. Thank the good Lord my son is OK and was able to cough and pull this piece of plastic up from the back of his throat.

Pretty slow, but very nice customer service! I placed a mobile order and received everything I asked for on the first go around (which doesn’t always happen with Taco Bells). A new store that is relatively clean and seems to be running smoothly.

Mexican food was bad. They fried the shells in old grease. Manger stated it on the phone. Gave me a 2 week deadline to get replacement. Mexican pizza tasted rotten. He wasn’t getting his truck but still served bad food.

It started off so strong but has really gone down hill over the last few months. Consistently I order just a couple items and am spending upwards of 20 minutes waiting on them even when there is low store traffic. When I finally get the food it’s decent quality, but it’s sadly just not worth the wait anymore.
