Apparently the night crew consistently has an issue making any item that has something added or subtracted from its original contents. They burn Chalupa’s to a crisp if they don’t pretend to be out of them entirely. They are unprepared making customers wait over 4 minutes for an item and are slightly rude when you insist on waiting. The rudeness and incompetence has resulted in the loss of my business. I’ve officially decided to drive to Franklin from now on.

Explain to me why the dinning room is closed after 8pm and employees are sitting at the tables?!? Not one person can change my mind on they are “short staffed” when you don’t need a cashier and make people use kiosks to order. Then to take a tray 4 steps to the counter is a lot shorter walk then taking a bag to the drive-thru window. I think people are getting lazy and using the excuse of short staffed to not work. I remember when Taco Bell was open til 2am and most still are and I can go in sit down at midnight and have some tacos. This place is new and I don’t know how it has 3.8 stars. I’ve been there 5 times and everytime I wanted to go in and eat and it’s been around 8-9 pm every time and they are locked up. What a joke! Management really needs to take control or that place will look like the building before it. Too small of a town to be lazy and locking doors and yes the employees are lazy because they were sitting in the dinning room when we tried to go in. The pandemic ruined society and businesses!!!

I work nights. Got off at 1230am. and checked google hours to see what time they close so i could pick up food on my way home. It was listed as 2am. Not trusting this fully, I called and spoke with someone. I asked what time they close. Again informed 2am. Arrive there at 1am. Light out front says drive thru open. So i pulled up and same guy who answered the phone gets on the intercom stating that they were “actually closed” I said I called ahead and was told you were open til 2. “Oh that wasn’t me” I recognized his voice but ok. Either way NOT ok. Wont be back.
