Starbucks is located inside Target. Overall good customer service and coffee is prepared as ordered. Waiting at times gets a bit chaotic since the space is small and very busy.

They couldn’t even get a drink right. I ordered a double chocolate chip frappe, medium. I got it and it didn’t have chocolate drizzle on top. He rectified that, which is alright. However that doesn’t excuse the fact that they couldn’t even blend a drink correctly. There was a full cube of ice in my drink, and large chunks of chocolate throughout the entire thing. The balance in the chocolate was awful. It tasted like I was drinking straight cacao.
Overall: 20/50 SERIOUSLY go anywhere else. I’m not meaning to be steamed, but obviously, they can’t train for anything.

Really great baristas that seem to enjoy their customers, coworkers, and job! That makes for a pleasant environment. The drinks are consistently good. However, the bento box was a bit on the skimpy side, and I feel like the quality has dropped. The turkey pesto provolone on ciabatta was mostly ciabatta.

Food was good but service was not. I asked for a receipt but did not receive it. I asked again once my order was complete but wad told it was too late because another order had been placed. There were receipts on the register from previous orders but was told my receipt was not among them. How could this be? Then the one that could my orderctold the server, “she didn’t ask for one” which was not true. So I guess I have to shout next time to be heard.

I love Starbucks. I noticed they stopped selling double shot espresso, and I was pretty upset so for 7 months, I kept walking past the new can that said expresso and cream. I didn’t have time to read the back to look for sugar, so I took a chance and buying it and it was cream and sugar. I called the Starbucks corporation and let them know about the situation, and if there is anything that would help them present their product better so people will buy the double shot espresso. I’m just glad I found out it’s called espresso and cream.

Usually my favorite place to go to and every employee I have came in contact with has always been so kind and patient but today they got my order wrong (understandable) but when I went to tell the employee giving me my drink , another employee who was a white male who had taken my order basically yelled at me and told me I asked for my drink the way it was given to me. I didn’t say it in a disrespectful way nor was I saying it in a bad way I just simply said it wasn’t what I asked for, would definitely not recommend this place not will I be going back if he’s working there.

Stay the heck away! 2nd time here and at Starbucks. 7-11 is 10 steps above. Just wanted 2 coffees…..that’s all! Wanted hazelnut creme and one sugar…don’t have hazelnut JUST Creme! (“No fries, Chips!) Sizes not listed on board, cashier could not speak eloquently (had a very bad attitude) through mask, I told her to show me. Then I see the coffee being pumped from a thermos behind the counter! Could have been, and tastes like it was, very old. Put the cups to me without heat bands or marking of creme and sugar. Had to ask but they were out so they disgruntle used additional cups. 7-11 thermoses (5) are timed stamped, 5 different cremes, 4 different sweeteners, and YOU pour all of it. Enough said.
