We was looking for some late not food and my kids choose Taco Bell, little did they know that they would be completely disappointed. We spent $27 and a 15 minute wait just to receive cold food. Smh. This is my last time coming. We come about 2 times a month and it’s BS every time. I’m fed up with the poor food quality. Times are hard and money is too tight to just be giving it away. Sat in the drive through for almost an hour. There was no way out either. The drive thru is setup that you can’t get out once you’re in it.
They were literally taking an order and wouldn’t take another until they handed food out the window. When I got to the window, I expected to see people running around crazy. Nope. Just casually staring at the screens taking their time.
Just not a good experience on a Wednesday night when I’m trying to get home to bed. Won’t return.

Not Today
Order. Get to pay window and see a sign saying they “recycle” sauce packages. Does that mean someone can return their sauce packets from last summer that they found under their seat when cleaning out their car? Do they get sterilized or added to the box to hand out to people? Uh, bad thoughts going through my head.
Sorry disappointed in the food! Ordered a crunchy chicken burrito and chicken hard taco Supreme. Had a $ .95 add on for substituting the beef with chicken. That made it almost $3.00 ! Then, I open it to find a big, whopping 3 pieces of chicken (each about an inch long). WHAT!? Really!?
Then, I couldn’t bring myself to use the sauces I ordered. Bad, bad thoughts.

The line was long but not horrible. When we got to the pick up window we sat there for about 10minutes waiting for our food. When you add in the line to order it was about 30 minutes. I got the the Mexican pizza ( no beans)combo with 2 hard taco supremes.
My tacos were soggy and my Mexican pizza had hardly any meat and no tomatoes on top. It was like the food had been sitting forever.

The bad: cheese dip for the new dipping burritos barely filled the bottom of the cup. There were random pieces of other meats not ordered in the burritos (steak in the chicken version).
The good: besides the shopping sauce, serving sizes appeared correct. They have mastered the distressed furniture and overall restaurant look (or it is just run down… sometimes hard to tell the difference). With the overall dirty appearance, I believe the look may not be intentional. 😉

I went to taco bell today, july 23rd. i ordered a burrito supreme, and I found a blonde or a white hair in my burrito. Almost threw up, i wasted about $6 on this and i took one bite. NEVER go here , it’s disgusting and not clean place. I will NEVER EVER go back! DONT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Ordered from the app and waited almost an hour to get my food. I was coming back from work, and I was given the impression ordering from the app was going to be faster. Definitely not. Many customers were waiting for their food. 3 customers left because it took too long. All of us were making fun of the fact that all of our orders are taking forever. One guy just ordered 2 burritos, and still did not receive his by the time I got there. You know it’s bad when one order is done, all of us start clapping and celebrating because the wait time was ridiculous. If you are going to order from this Taco Bell late night, do not be surprised that it will take almost an hour to get your food. You might as well just walk across the street to Arby’s.
Management needs to learn how to coordinate and have better training with their employees. Fast food does not take much to do a decent job. If you can’t even be effective at a job like that, don’t know what to tell you.

I don’t think this location is actually physically or cognitively capable of getting an order right. Every single time I’ve gone, something is missing from my order or made wrong. And this is after waiting for forever for the food every time, too. You can take forever, or you can get the order wrong. You can’t consistently do both.

Went at 1am. I’m a normal at Taco Bell. They just lost a customer. The food was so bad it stuck to the wrappers.. Plus they didnt even give me the right order. Its not even worth calling and complaining about. Im just done with them. I’ll save my money or go across the street to McDonald’s for now on.

Held hostage in drive thru for 53 minutes, food had chunks of grill brick. Out of so much order taker just listed what was available…not sure how seeing as how conserative they were with the ingredients in what I settled on. Did get to watch 3 employees play hide and seek, ride bikes around the parking lot and run in and out through the back door, so, entertainment was offered?
