So today I stopped into this Taco Bell to have dinner. The nacho Bell grande was absolutely delicious and full of extra cheese, extra beef like I had asked. The location was very clean in the dining area. But oh my goodness, I went to use the bathroom and it was a complete disaster and disgusting. Someone had to use the toilet earlier and had poop all over the toilet. There were so many employees working there and nobody had thought to clean it up. May I add they thought about it, but didn’t want to touch it. I could not believe my eyes this place was so new and nice. Shame on the person that did it. Oh my goodness could you not get some place together to tackle the job? It’s disgusting to walk into a bathroom and see literal feces all over the toilet. I wanted to take a picture, but it also had to leave as soon as possible and use the gas station instead!

I ordered a #2 yesterday at this location. The person who took my order messed my drink up. There was a polite female named Kayla I believe, fixed it with no hassle she removed my drink off my order and gave it to me free. We chatted while I waited for my order. She was very friendly and polite and smiled the whole time I was there. Good job Taco Bell!! I’ll def be back at this location.

This is the second time I was given a meat and rice burrito and it was supose to be a beef GRILLED CHEESE burrito and their wasnt even cheese or sauces and I asked for extra bc you always dont like putting any but come on really could have just told me you dont have cheese or sauces I would have gone somewhere else. The workers put absolutely no effort in making the food. The food looked like it sat out for days on end, and the food was half empty missing most of the ingredients. This was unacceptable, and I’m going back for a refund, I couldn’t even eat it. I personally love taco bell, but the workers here just suck.

This is our second bad experience in a row with incorrect and cold orders with food delivery. If you go here, carry out! Delivery equals cold food and incorrect orders. Our carry out experience is usually okay, but there is the same level of responsibility to get the right food in the bag on a carry out… Staff is consistently friendly and responsive.

My chicken melt was basically destroyed. I got it out of the bag and it was balled up. I unrolled the wrapper and the picture attached is what was inside. Honestly very disappointing. The way it was balled up was intentional. Maybe not towards me personally but this wasn’t a “it was smashed in the bag”.

We ordered a large pick up order for our son’s birthday this weekend. We arrived per instructions via text and the staff had a challenge finding our order…3 large boxes of tacos (not a hard order at all in my opinion)with no label or tag to tell. Finally figured that out…and when I left there was an employee sitting in the outdoor eating area; he had his own speaker listening to his music with the volume up very high! The music was very distasteful which included outbursts of profanity. Not very considerate of those around that may or may not like his style of genre. Lastly, we arrived home (5 minute drive)and our food was COLD! Poor service, poor atmosphere and cold food…not a good trio in my opinion.
