I really hate that (at least I’m being told) corporate is now forbidding them to take my order from behind the counter like a restaurant should. I was told ‘ I can help you with the kiosk.” No i just need you to take my order like normal. Then when i ordered on the nasty kiosk after they cleaned it. It took 10 minutes to get my #1 combo because they were prioritizing drive thru orders. problem is i love the food. Not the screw you customer attitude. Guess I’ll have to find another lunch place, sad.

Slowest in town. Guess that’s what you get having teenagers running a restaurant. FYI Taco Bell in Franklin by I-65 is a bit better, even tho they get your order completely wrong sometimes. Ugh.

I ordered for deliver on the app. After having 7 different drivers attempt to pick up the food, and waiting an hour and a half, it was finally cancelled. Taco Bell had their phones shut off. There’s no way to get in contact on the app to cancel the order. Luckily after an hour and a half, they cancelled it theirselves. Now I have to wait for my money to be refunded, if I even will be at all.

I walked into the restaurant the other night & waited for about 20 minutes until someone noticed I was waiting to order and they only noticed because I had to holler. Not only did I notice that the employees vape freely inside the restaurant I’m almost certain its not just “vaping” that they are involved in. Maybe if the other 2 employees that were in the back weren’t what appeared to be “making out” they would’ve noticed I was standing there. A tall white male with black hair & and white skinny girl with light hair. ( I think her name tag said Morgan but I’m not sure as she was far away) When I hollered for someone to acknowledge me they proceeded to walk away to the back where I assumed they continued to make out. WHOMEVER OWNS THIS ESTABLISHMENT NEED TO GET YOUR EMPLOYEES IN CHECK. It is not a family oriented restaurant. I was hoping once the remodel happened it would change for the better but I see its gotten worse. If you want to get high or watch some employees make out then go ahead and continue to go to this tacobell. If not take yourself to the on by 65 because its the only one that’s worth going to anymore. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

Meh. I accidentally got in the mobile order line because I came in the back way and didn’t see the sign. The woman wouldn’t take my order and asked me to wait in the line, then go around and get back in the correct line. There’s no way out of the line, so I waited about 10 minutes to drive back and do it again. They then forgot to remove the lettuce so my daughter wouldn’t eat the food after all that. Also, I’m all for heavy metal music. It’s my favorite, but it should not he blaring in the kitchen for all to hear. There are people who are going to be offended by that. I’m not going back. They embarrassed me and got the food wrong. She should have just taken my order the first time around. It made absolutely no difference. She just wanted to make a point.

Waited inline 30 minutes before even ordering in the drive thru. Food was fine. They need more staff.

Didnt seem like they have enough employees but they tried there hardest to make sure customers were taken care of. Autumn was awesome..

Big shoutout to this dumpster fire of a Taco Bell. Placed a mobile ordered at 650 didn’t hear anything from them until 830 and they canceled it. Called multiple times and they had their phones off. What an absolute joke

Proceed with caution. Guy asked me if I wanted beans on an item that came with beans. Apparently, the beans were bad because the food was nasty. Basically, he knew they were bad and gave me the option not to get them, but they gave them to me anyway. Any place that has employees willing to serve bad food should be avoided at all costs. Protect yourself and your family and avoid this taco bell.

What do you say about a Taco Bell? XD Never had any issues with them being out of an item I wanted or closed when I expected them open.
