I went around 10:30 pm last night and ordered a 10 piece nugget meal. When I bit into my nugget, it tasted like smoke. It made me think a smoker was handling the food? Completely inedible and I couldn’t eat any of it. Fries were ok, but tasted like it was made in old oil.

I ordered the ranch snack wrap, and when it arrived, it was cold. Unbeknownst to me, per one of the emoyees, you can request to have it warmed. Well how the hell is ANYONE supposed to know that if it’s NOT posted? Not only that, there was a dot of cheese and a dot of ranch. The rest of it had nothing on it. Now about the filet of fish, which is really a kid size sandwich. I mean, really? Fast food places have really gone down in quantity AND quality of their food! Just ridiculous!

I’m sorry to say this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to I don’t see how they stay open with rude employees and managers who are disrespectful and lazy. Come 12 they don’t care what they serve you at all. I will never eat at this nasty place ever again. I highly recommend that no one else does either!!!! I had to give it a star but if it was on here I would give it a -100 never eat here unless you like eating trash!!!!

Table tents are a way to confuse the masses I suppose and keep them preoccupied with wonder by not keeping the receipt paper roll filled and working properly to know our order numbers. You know what I’m talking about. Why call it a tent? The tent does not matter one bit. You still get your food in a brown sack and no human interaction. And you still go get your food at the counter and fill your own drinks.

I asked for a large caramel frappe no whip cream and two shots of espresso but they put whipped cream and no expresso then she dumped out the whipped cream and added in the expresso started a little bit and put caramel on it and then gave it to me that is not what I wanted I wanted you to make it right the first time can you please listen to instructions or get some different workers because these crazy people don’t know what the hell they’re doing

If you’re considering a visit to McDonald’s, I strongly advise you to think twice. My recent experience at one of their locations was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an overwhelming sense of disorganization. The staff seemed uninterested, moving at a painfully slow pace, and the order line was chaotic. After waiting far too long, I finally received my meal — but it was completely wrong.
The management did little to address the situation. Instead of offering a solution or even a simple apology, the employees and managers were dismissive and downright rude. It was as if they couldn’t care less about the customers’ concerns. The kitchen area was a disaster — grills caked with grease, food scattered everywhere, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was subpar at best. If this is how they run their kitchen, it’s no wonder the food quality was lackluster.
I can honestly say that I won’t be returning to McDonald’s anytime soon. The slow service, wrong orders, rude staff, and filthy kitchen all contribute to an experience that I would rather forget. If you’re looking for a quick bite or a satisfying meal, there are plenty of better options out there. McDonald’s has lost my trust, and I would strongly recommend avoiding it if you value quality, cleanliness, and decent customer service.
