20 cars in drive through so pulled around and went inside to order to go. Struggled through making a kiosk order and selecting pay cash. One person ahead of me. After waiting 10 minutes an employee came up to finalize. I let him know that I would not be paying until my food came out as I saw NO food going out. He informed me that order was not even started until he rang the sale?!? Poor customer service.

If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. I came in to pick up a doordash order and was immediately ignored. Stood there for 10 minutes trying to get help and finally got the attention of someone. Asked where we were on an order and she said she would check them never came back. I stood there for 10 more minutes trying to get help AGAIN and eventually had to unassign from the order. Worst experience I ever had. Full of a bunch of young, slow, rude, and unhelpful kids. DO NOT GO HERE. So much for “fast” food.

Can’t get orders right. Then you go back to get what was not in your order and get hassled for it. I guess I’ll start holding up the line to check all my bags for the correct items before I leave. And they’re always closing early.

Been stuck in the drive thru line for over an hour one too many times. Will never come here again. The workers are aloof to the entire situation. The food is very hit or miss and not worth the headache in general. Go to any other location, I promise u.

Dirty and staff was not friendly. Probably should have left but it was late (7:30), and we were exhausted from travelling all day. Taco Supremes were good, the sour cream on the 5-layer burrito was all on one end. Only two other customers came in while we were there, one was a door dash delivery guy. Employees were not busy but apparently chose to not take care of their workplace.

Just raggedy. Very done going to this location. The dining room is a vibe killer. The staff is dismissive and rude. And the food is subpar, slapped together, and rarely correctly made. Customers are better off eating at home or going to a competitor. The child working the window needs to just NOT. He is a major reason my family will avoid that location. 0 stars.

One kiosk open, the other one says it’s broken and go to the front to have your order taken. Then they denied us telling us to go back to the kiosk where there’s a big line. Rude employees laughing at us because of the line.
