I’m an Uber driver delivering food from here. The ladies in there are awesome. I got my husband and I doing Uber as a side hustle and getting our stuff for an order. We needed something to drink and asked how much for water and she said absolutely nothing. Then proceeded to say just get an actual drink and we’re like we love them. We love getting orders from this one because they are super fast, kind to anyone coming in the door, and really friendly. Wish I got the girl’s name tonight she was a Rockstar and no We didn’t get sodas we’re on a soda cleanse this month then back to unhealthy drinks for the rest of year.

Derrick took our order today and he was extremely helpful! They were out of an item we wanted and he did what he could to assist in finding an alternative. I ordered 3 tacos and a pintos and cheese. I ordered and paid through the drive thru. I paid $9.something for my food. I opened up my tacos – and there was 1 with hardly anything in the shell, 1 with .25 full, and one with .5 full. I put them all together – for one full taco. It was pathetic! In the drive through, they talk to you like you are bothering them and are an inconvenience -asking “is that it” between every item. I don’t normally think much of taco bell – but this is pathetic. Apparently, I need to lower my already low expectations. Nope – not worth the time.

I ordered a beef burrito with meat and cheese only last night. She said a supreme burrito with cheese only. I said not a supreme burrito. Anyways , I get up to the window and they ask about 3 times to clarify that it was a beef burrito with meat and cheese only. Then, this girl comes to the window and tries to be a hero. She tells me that I will save like 5 dollars if I order a wrap and a cup of cheese . I can either build it at home or they can assemble it for me. I get home and it’s just a wrap with cold shredded cheese in it. There’s no meat. Who wants that? Even if it was a quesadilla, it would be melted. I hope that girl sees this and learns what a burrito is, a quesadilla is, and they know what supreme is.

Deserves negative stars. The nacho fries had maybe 7 fries with unmelted cheese and probably half cup of the franks diablo sauce. Left out my taco which I doubt would have been any good anyways. Left out my sour cream and nacho cheese sides. The pitiful stuff I did receive was stone cold. Disgusting. Shut it down. Mine is only one of several “none” star reviews.

I had went to this taco bell and got Crunchwrap and a taco supreme meal. There was no ice for the drinks the Crunchwrap had no sour cream and no cheese sauce on it the taco supreme was a soft taco not what I order the drive-thru only had maybe 4 cars in line but it took over 10 minutes just to my order that was not made right. I was in there earlier and had to pick up two orders I end up walking out if there with just one order. It took over an hr just to get the order they keep saying we are working on it then it went from them working in to it will be 15 minutes to over and hr. There was 3 other people that came in after me they got there order before I got mine. The night staff just don’t care. One of the employees friend or another employee had put a sack if clothes were they put there online/mobile orders at calling for one of the employees with his head underneath. This is the worst Taco Bell I ever had been in. The night staff do not care at all. I will be contacting that taco bell in the morning.

This store CONSTANTLY serves good food(understanding it’s taco bell). The service here is what honestly stands out. I love how funny and relaxed the drive through folks are. Funny enough we rounded up for charity. We didn’t wait long and were still apologized to for the wait. 10/10 happy and satisfied. I hope the team there reads this.

Customer service was great, food not at all. I understand prices have gone up on EVERYTHING. I spent $72 on food tonight, and my tacos hardly had any meat, cheese, or tomatoes on them. They were VERY cold. We had quite a bit of missing food (which wouldn’t have been as upsetting if the food was made better). Our qusdillas had enough ingredients for about half of one and the we ordered one with extra sauce but both had very little sauce to begin with.

Quick service as expected at a fast food place. Half the customers didn’t understand English very well. I was handed avocado salsa verde packets thinking it was the guac I ordered. To my surprise, after trying it, I noticed the main ingredient was soybean oil. This stuff is absolutely horrible for your health and causes tons of diseases.
