i went to taco bell today after the super bowl and while the line took a little bit longer than expected, the lady at the front window did an amazing job. she was a great worker.
She let us know which quesadilla in the bag had steak and which one didn’t. this meant so much to me because as a vegetarian, this is a problem i frequently run into. (not knowing which packaging has the food with meat). all our food came out nice, hot, freshly made.
I genuinely don’t think i’ve ever had a better experience. I’m so thankful for that women, and i feel awful i didn’t catch her name.

This Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell I have EVER been to. You sit in the drive thru forever and then you have to go inside and wait forever because they don’t give you the correct food. Meanwhile there are 4 employees walking around….two sweeping the floor and a manager sitting in the office

I decided to stop at Taco Bell with my niece and i ordered the cantata meal, this is what was in both and after I complained to who I think was the night shift manager who was actually nice. I didn’t get both redone they gave me one and the female employee who I heard him speak to walked into the front lobby with an attitude saying well I guess I’ll be respectful while giving me and my niece dirty looks. 3 employees went outside and started smoking right at the front doors where customers walk in at. I will be going back in tomorrow and talking to the store manager. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never go back and eat here again.

Service isn’t friendly food is cold or they forget food all together and they are not busy enough to forget that much stuff and could be more friendly!! Open up my food to it being cold and not correct! Don’t recommend this Taco Bell to anyone.

This taco bell is so disappointing. My biggest issue is how dirty the place is. Ants up and down the drink machine and the floor is sticky. Behind the counter is not any better. Drive thru can take a really long time also. They also send out food that they KNOW they should not be serving to paying customers. I don’t go here anymore. I hope they change something cuz I do really like some of the food… I just go out of town now.

This place is terrible. I ordered 5 soft taco supremes and I received 4 regular soft tacos and a doritios locos taco. Waited 50 minutes inside for the food. It’s absolutely ridiculous. 20.00 for 4 regular soft tacos I could’ve originally ordered those myself and paid less. Yall need to tighten up.. never again
