Ordered food through the app once arriving in the parking lot. Because the app is easier to use than the kiosk. There is never cashiers. Went inside to to pick up order. Stood and waited approximately 20 minutes until I finally said hey where is my food. Manager was extremely rude. Said they weren’t responsible for the app. Refused to make the order even when shown the order. The lady manager became aggressive. Absolute terrible customer service. Taco Bell customer service is always bad regardless of location, and you’re lucky if you get all the ingredients you paid for actually in your items, but this one is an absolute new low. And unacceptable. I went through corporate customer support and that took multiple phone calls and approximately an hour of my time after wasting my entire lunch hour without eating that day. I waited the return window time for my money called back in, waited additional time. My money never was returned to me. After 30 plus days I called again. They said that on there and they showed that a payment was made. I relayed that there was no such return to my bank account and I have proof that there was no funds received as a credit. I was told that I would need to take that up with my banking Institution. That is additionally terrible customer service. I trust my bank. My payments always go through. You know who I don’t trust Taco Bell app. Taco Bell employees. Taco Bell manager. And Taco Bell corporate greed customer service. I have since boycotted Taco Bell and I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever have any of my money support what I think is a fraud of a company. And my suggestion is that others also voice their experiences because it’s a continuous problem with Taco Bell and I am not the only one. Maybe if enough people boycott the company they might do something about it

I am a doordash driver I went to this location at 1:00 in the morning. I had two deliveries to do and when I got there the manager of the building told me I could only do one delivery per car. The line was literally wrapped around the building and it took us 45 minutes just to get up to the window. I tried to explain to her that people were waiting for their food. But she just shut the window on us and said they were only going to give us one of the deliveries. It was one of the most unprofessional things I have ever seen. She does not deserve her job.

I ordered a crispy chicken avocado ranch burrito with light pico and an extra side of avocado ranch. I also ordered a cheese roll up, a cheese quesadilla with black beans and a spicy potato taco with two drinks. The only thing that was mine was the chicken burrito. It wasn’t even in the bag. I drove 10 minutes out of my way, in the horrible road conditions from a snow storm. Waited in line for 10 minutes. And it’s not even in the bag and now have nothing to eat. I tried calling the store to speak to a manager and to make sure, if I send my husband out, he would get the burrito free of charge. Every single time someone answered the phone, they hung up on me without even speaking to me. I find it incredibly rude and inconsiderate. Not to mention the fact that they just threw the quesadilla in the bag and it was a mess everywhere in there! Extremely unhappy with how the service went tonight.

I ordered off doordash and while not everything is their fault, the quality of the food and me missing items is. I ordered a Discovery Lux Box Meal, I did not receive my cinnamon twists which is part of the meal, and all of my sauces were not closed properly, so they spilled all inside the bag, all over the other items. The nacho fries were strewn all over the bottom of the bag and were squished by the other items I ordered and were basically inedible. The Baja Midnight also had no taste, it just tasted like lightly flavored purple water. I wasted $40 of food for me and my husband and it was not a good experience at all.

Typically my old is a 3 to a 4.5. But has declined the past couple times. Tonight was the absolute WORST of any Taco Bell EVER!!! Part of the order was incorrect. But ok, cheese verses the refried beens. But the chips tasted like the dirty grill smells. Don’t know how that happened . And the burrito was cold? As in barely Luke warm. Tasted and looked like a mistake from 2 hours ago. Wilted lettuce,meat on one end, beans on the other…REALLY HORRIBLE THIS TIME GUYS!!! Service was quick… all I can say!

I drive out of my way to come to this Taco Bell even though I live about 2 minutes away from a different Taco Bell. The service here is always amazing – especially from the lunch team who are superstars. The food portions – again, especially at lunch – are unbelievable sometimes. I never feel like my portions are skimpy and the food is always still warm even though I usually go through the drive-thru and take it home to eat! Sometimes the drive-thru line can be a little bit slow – but that’s just because all of the food is made fresh! So to me, it’s totally worth waiting for a hot burrito over a cold slab of beans in a stale tortilla.

I drove out of my way because the Taco Bell on 37 in Noblesville is so bad for service.
This location the food is more flavorful, service is much faster, and the young lady at the drive thru was smiling and seemed to be enjoying work.

Winter Travels
Leaps and bounds better than the noblesville T-Bell. Orders have always been right and fresh. Other say they get bad service here but the numerous times we have went the staff have been the staff has been pleasant and or energetic when talking to. Inside is okay, but they cater to the drive through so it’s fair that others don’t find it as enjoyable.
