I ordered from the kiosk and selected dine-in, but my food was tossed in a bag anyway. The girl behind the counter was on her phone the whole time while I was waiting for my drink cup, and the ice machine in the dining room wasn’t working. Food was good and tasty.

They are making cut backs on portions. My crunch wrap Supreme looked like a flattend soft taco. I asked where the beef was. They said all you get is a teaspoon. They also messed up my son’s order, and we used the kiosk.

Do not know how the food is (I mean it’s Taco Bell) as after a 30 minute wait trapped in the drive thru line, the guy at the register admitted our food had been sitting a long time and refunded it but did not seem to understand we wanted it remade. If you feel the need to “live mas” at this location, do yourself a favor and go inside so you can leave if it is too frustratingly slow.

When pointed out the problem, the older non-english speaking person started yelling – left my entire order, the “manager” acted like he was refunding my order but did NOT complete it. Cannot rate food because we couldn’t get food. Waited in drive thru for 20 mins on NYE and when we got to the window, they said it was mobile order only and they wouldn’t take our order. My chicken flatbread melt had MOLD on it. COVERED IN MOLD. When I went back to complain they were unapologetic. Not once didn’t someone say “sorry” asked me if I wanted something else. Uhm no. I didn’t eat the rest of my order after that and also beforehand I ate a cheesy Gordita crunch that has the same flatbread but can’t recall if I saw mold (didn’t inspect it thinking it was edible) and also told them I was pregnant and that’s dangerous to feed me something potentially making me sick. Again, no apology. Was told I can’t get a refund cause I ordered through the mobile app so that’s awesome. Never going here again
