The food isn’t anything crazy, not good not bad, but it’s perfectly for big groups or if you need something quick. More than the food, it’s the fact that they’re lightning fast. I’ve had large pizza orders of mine completed in 10 minutes or less. These guys do a phenomenal job with their speed. The pizzas themselves are also not too terribly overpriced.

I’ve ordered from here multiple times, mostly thin crust or New York style. Recently, I tried the Handmade Pan, but the dough was raw just under the sauce and completely inedible. I did manage to eat part of the top. To avoid this issue, I requested it “well done,” but they didn’t comply. Since this was the second time it happened in a short period, I filed a complaint. They assured me the store would reach out, but I haven’t heard anything yet. Hopefully there will be a resolution so I can remove this message.

Update: The store never reached out to me, so I have no confidence that this issue won’t happen again.
I contacted corporate again, and while they apologized and offered a gift card (which wasn’t my goal), the experience remained underwhelming. I stuck with the thin crust this time, and while it was almost satisfactory, I’ve yet to see any evidence that extra cheese is actually added, despite ordering it multiple times.
I only order here when using promotions—without them, I wouldn’t bother.

Ordered through the app and clicked on the option “Well Done and Uncut” the pizza I received was almost raw AND UNCUT! just wish whoever is in charge of knowing the order put care into providing someone a good pizza. We spent $31 on this and it’s sad that we are locals and this dominos never provides consistently good pizza.
