I don’t know what’s going on at taco bell but i’ve been having issues after issues lately. Especially with night crew. The guy at the window always seems high as a kite. I think hes also the one who makes them. I paid 9.42 for 3 soft shell tacos with extra cheese that was cold. The cheese wasnt even melted on my taco. Not to mention I didnt get extra cheese which is outrageous for the price of it. I may as well say I dont want any cheese and get the extra I wanted.

1 star on EVERYTHING because literally EVERYTHING WAS BAD. I waited 15 whole minutes from order to bag not to mention the wrap around line that was ALREADY SITTING HERE. Finally get my food- ITEMS MISSING. They want me to go back around and sit ANOTHER 15 minutes for a missing item?? No way, wanted to go in but GUESS WHAT?? They LOCKED THE DOORS BECAUSE THERE WERE TOO MANY DRIVE THROUGH CUSTOMERS.

me and my fiance just went through the drive thru and got 2 food items and 2 drinks. drinks weren’t even filled up all the way and both of our food items were cold. i insisted to go through again and told her that my taco was cold, she then said “alright pull around”, she hands us our bag quickly with attitude and slammed the window. then i check my taco and it is not even made right and im not even going to waste my time to go through again. this happened at 5:47 so if a manager is reading this i suggest to check your cameras and have a talk with that young lady. what type of ridiculous customer service is this.

Few weeks back went here for a late night stack @ arrived near 1230A. Seen 2 other cars ahead of me ordering phone. Came up to the speaker and was told they were running slow in drive-thru and would be closing soon. I told them I didn’t mind waiting for my order, that it wasn’t a lot of food. Another employee got on the intercom and rudely stated they are closed and they would not take my order. I did notice after I was there they have now “changed their hours” when I knew they were not in fact not suppose to close at 1:00A.
Needless to say I left and went to the one in Celina. Also noticed another car come up to order box and as I left seen they were able to place an order.
At the store in Celina they were short staffed 3 Managers were working. They had no problem taking our order and we waited patiently for our t-bell fix. Didn’t get one item that we ordered but we were just satisfied that we could get our food.
Unfortunately after this incident I will not return to the Saint Marys location for my T-bell fix.

One of your employees crossed a serious line. A customer raised a valid food safety concern about gloves not being changed after handling money. Instead of addressing the issue, the employee escalated it by loudly making a false and offensive comment about him in front of others.
This behavior is completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be humiliated or slandered for pointing out a basic health and safety concern. Management needs to address this immediately, because this goes far beyond poor service.

Waited in the drive through for over 45 minutes no one to take your order the lady at drive through said they were taking care of all their door dash orders first. Crappy service not happy The only reason I Waited so long I was hungry for taco bell. Should of gone to celina ohio taco bell better service and better food. Not to return I had 5 cars sitting behind me the never got Waited on when I left

Food by far was a 1 star. Only giving a 2 star because it was made fast and the entire order was correct. I don’t understand how you charge more and give so much less. Photo included for one item but everything I ordered was just as bad. This is a Crunchwrap, didn’t know meat looked like this and where is it?
