I overheard a heavier sized worker (female with dark brown hair) the other day discussing how she had one of her coworkers spit in this poor customer’s food over a past altercation? This is very unprofessional and disgusting and I’m sure nobody would appreciate this type of treatment. Pick your workers better.

Ive gone twice recently both times I’ve waited over a half an hour for orders I put in online before I arrived so I could grab and go. This time it was a half an hour, I live less then a mile from the store and my food is cold, going into the lobby won’t help either. Both the car in front of me, myself, and the car after me all had to pull off to the side to wait just so they can keep they drive through time shorter. I understand being short staffed but this is ridiculous

I’m from out of town and I have to say this was the worst service I’ve gotten at a Taco Bell location. I ordered at 11:10 a.m. on Monday. The drink I ordered with my meal was a vanilla freeze and I honestly don’t believe anyone here knows how to make one. Four employees working and im basically being ignored. A worker walked in so I asked him if he knew how to make one and he told me, “I’m off the clock”. So I told him to give me a cup and thankfully he did and I got a beverage from the self serve cola machine. I won’t be eating here ever again. Customer service is a joke here. Don’t rely on the kids here to have any abilities other than ignoring their customers. Good luck to whoever decides to come to this location.

I was in the dine in and your night shift was on his phone with some girl and her baby was yelling while they have customers in the dine in waiting on orders the customers have not got waited on. It is all poor service and they are just yelling not paying attention to the customers out here. The girl with blonde hair in the drive through taking the orders is not worried about the people in the drive through she is always going to the bathroom and worry about some guy that works there

Nightmare …..didn’t get the right things …cane back after halfway home about 19 miles out and then told they could make 2extra chalupas for me to pull ahead. Then they came out and said we’re out of chicken ? So I just got some tacos . When they came back they actually had the 4 chalupas as they found some chicken. The tacos I got were all cracked and broken into pieces….the burrito supreme at 6.29 just had beef. …nothing else on it ???? Spent 32.00 too…..I feel I was ripped off and taken advantage of. I would like my 32 back or at least 32 worth of coupons !!!

Yesterday we ordered takeout. It took 20 minutes.I ordered 6 taco supreme and 6 bean burritos with no onions.
They gave me my food. Thank goodness I checked the burritos before leaving as I live 18 minutes away and didn’t want to come back. All my bean burritos were missing beans. I couldn’t help to laugh. However was a little irritated I already waited 20 minutes. She fixed the burritos however my time is valuable and who forgets beans on a bean burrito? The problem is I love taco Bell, I keep giving them chances over and over again. Evreytime I go in,it’s all new employees.

Whoever is taking the orders at the window sounds so miserable in life got mad when we were ordering food . Foods cold ,and wasn’t at the window to take the card was like hiding in the back . And was like slamming the window when she finally took are card . Didn’t even say the price to the food . 1/14/26

I walk in and there’s not a single person to take an order. All of the people are behind in the kitchen yelling obscenities About the people that they are currently serving food to in the drive through. While this is all going on, they are also blasting music that is so loud that if you were to sit and dine in the dining room, you wouldn’t be able to hear yourself think.
The kitchen is also backed up because one of the workers ordered 10 tacos for himself to save for later in the shift.
After about 10 minutes of waiting to put an order in, I figured I wouldn’t waste my time Or my money.

They ignore you if you come inside to order. It took 20 minutes to get our order. There were a couple orders ahead of us, but one was a single burrito, and the other was another single item. What a joke of a Taco Bell.
