None of our food that was supposed to have extra sour cream had it, and my nachos was supposed to be extra nachos cheese and I think they opted to not put any on it at all..

These workers are beyond ignorant. Gave us a bag of nachos that were crushed, forgot our forks, tacos were falling apart, and a whole 4 sauce packets for the 6 items we got. Price definitely does not match quality.

I am a die hard taco bell fan…LOVE IT. Get it a minimum of once a week (Taco Tuesday’s!). I try very hard to not have to order from this location; I usually work in Jackson on Tuesdays and try to get my food there if at all possible. Unfortunately I live in Piketon and when the craving hits I have no other close option. They never get the food right. If they happen to put everything in the bag I guarantee you at least one item is messed up. If you’re lucky enough to not have any mess ups, your food’s probably cold and greasy. God forbid you order chips or fries because they will be all over the bottom of the bag just thrown in carelessly. Tonight I got a chicken quesadilla and a burrito supreme. Get back home and they put the nasty Cantina chicken on it instead of the regular that I ordered – I hate that stuff because it’s always dried out and disgusting. The burrito had so much red sauce on it it was literally dripping out of the package. My entire order got thrown in the garbage. Unfortunately, I will visit this location again because it is the only one within 30min of my home. Im sure there are many others who have to do the same. Just know when you go that there’s a 50/50 chance you will leave with nothing edible.

I overheard some of the workers making fun of a young lady for having a pregnancy test. Someone had snopped through the lady’s shopping bag (She had bought a test for a friend, I heard her say that.) and they started making fun of her. That made me feel uncomfortable as a pregnant women. Would they also make fun of me if they found out I was pregnant? Please talk to your workers about this. Other than that, the food was good, but I probably won’t return because of those workers. Sorry to the young lady named Teylyn. (SORRY IF I SPELL IT WRONG).

Walked in and all the managers and GM were having a meeting. Kids behind the counter were super nice. Manager meeting took up half the store and we sat on the other side of the room. It was super cool hearing the grown, adult women talk about how awful their children employees were. Its nice to see middle aged fast food employee having a god complex over the children they work with. I get having the manager meeting. But talking about how awful the kid employees were that loudly, with customers in there. The size and attitude of all the people at the managers table told me 2 things. They use their employee discount and they haven’t lifted a finger in that store in years.
To the kids there. Great job. Find better employment that doesn’t treat you like dirt. We all see the management just sitting in the small office each time we walk in.

I was heading to Columbus Ohio from Kentucky and was craving some taco bell, and I saw this was right off the highway. It was a little hard to find because it’s a small storefront attached to a gas station, and it only has 3.5 stars at the time of my review. But the staff were very friendly and the food was fast and fresh.
I haven’t been to Taco Bell in maybe, 8-9 years, but this is one of the best ones I have been to.

this was an awful experience. the quesadilla is completely uncut, both of the ones we ordered, and the tortilla itself was burnt. we got nacho fries which were spilled all over the bag. careless work.
