I have said it before and I will say it again I will always hate the kiosk ordering at Taco Bell. But that is not to say that this Taco Bell is bad. It was Surprisingly clean, and the employees there were incredibly nice. They came up to me when they didn’t know what I wanted on my order and asked me for clarification to make sure that they were getting it right 100% of the time and for that I give them points in terms of the taste. It’s pretty much what you would come to expect from Taco Bell and that’s not a bad thing especially when you are like me and craving Taco Bell they’re Mexican rice is very good, which is great because that’s like my Weakness. And all in all the experience, here was amazing. There were a few bits of garbage on the floor and a trashcan overflowing in the back, but other than that, the experience was pretty.

That bullshit Chicken Everything on the menu is gonna bankrupt Taco Bell…. I thought the shrinking lines were because of the god awful service but mix that with “premium”(hahaha) chicken items and yeah. Wont be going back and I’ve been eating at Taco Bell’s around the world for 20+ years! Maybe change the name to Chicken Bell so people expecting a beef menu will know to shop elsewhere?!

This Taco Bell is kinda slow when it comes making your food. I waited about 15 minutes for my meal to come out. I ordered a Cheesy Gordita with cinnamon twist and it was good. The restaurant is clean, and the atmosphere is nice.

Very very bad! Manager dont even know the taco bell return policy, let alone know 10 words in thr English language. This store needs some special attention for the @Yum! Franchise. These people are running this store into the ground. Food is always cold. Rude customer service in every way. Will never be eating Taco bell again.

There drinking fountain when you go through drive through is dirty and have white crust on there. I seen it last time I came and I came again thinking they would cleaned it and it dirty still. Imagine the food stations. That’s nasty never going here again I thought they would changed but they didn’t.

The attitudes are insane. I don’t want anyone making my food with bad attitudes I walked out. I wouldn’t want to imagine how the food tasted and how my money would’ve been wasted. To upper valley pike I went !

I came to this location with a large order. When I approach the counter, the guy came up to me and told me I can only use the kiosk. I told the guy I don’t want to touch anybody else’s germs and that every person that had come in before me has been touching the kiosk and I don’t want to touch it. He then proceeded to tell me that he is unable to help me. He had a computer right in front of him. I asked him why he is unable to use it. He told me he cannot help me. I then asked him if he is competent enough to use the computer to take my order. The people in the drive-through are able to place their order without using a kiosk and touching everyone else’s germs. Why are they unable to do this inside. You have now lost over $50 worth of food that I placed at a different location. They were competent enough to take my order and did not try to force me to use a kiosk.

Went about 4:30p for a luxe box. Good was very hot and fresh I had to blow on it to cool. Potatoes were soft and delicious. The woman working drive was very kind and considerate. Perfect 5/5 experience.

After the bad experience I just had at the Upper Valley Pike taco bell, this is location is absolutely wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food is hot and fresh, and they were fully stocked on all their products. We will definitely be back!
